Mine is better than yours

Several years had passed for Anne and Doflamingo, now sixteen, and so many things had changed.

For one, she had joined Doflamingo's group who had decided to call themselves the 'Donquixote Family'. Its members so far were Doflamingo, her, and four others by the names of Trebol, Diamante, Pica and Vergo.

And right now, she and Doflamingo were arguing. Which wasn't new to anyone. But Doflamingo and I hadn't argued to this degree in ages; not since we first met So why? Simple.

We were comparing our Devil Fruit powers. My Uta-Uta no Mi against his Ito-Ito no Mi

Song against Strings.

The others commented that both of our powers were equally powerful. But that wasn't what we wanted to hear. So we continued the argument.

"I could put you to sleep before you realized it!"

"I'd thread that mouth of yours shut before you had the chance to open it!

""I'd blow you so far away with my Sonic Scream, that you couldn't touch me with those stupid strings!"

"It wouldn't matter if you blew me away. I'd just fly back and tie you up where I didn't have to see your face!"

"Stupid pink bastard!"

"Annoying witch!"

"Go find a hole and die!!"

"Ladies first!!"

...

"You guys do know that this conversation is pointless?"

"Shut up Diamante! Stay out of this! This is between me and her/him!"

The poor spectators didn't know what to do with the two sixteen year old's other than watch and wait until they got tired of yelling at each other. Diamante, who was just yelled at, sat in the corner, licking his wounded pride.

The oldest in the group, a man who wore a large blue coat, only laughed at the two teenagers. Who would have guessed that Doflamingo, the man who was a descendant from the Heavens, could spar so childlike with their only female member. And over something so trivial.

There was obviously a type of connection between the two that went further than the family. He had noticed this before, but not in this light. He wondered how far their relationship went...

Author's Note: Ta da! Poor Diamante just got yelled at by Anne and Doflamingo! Lol. Trebol! You stay out of their lives! Ha ha. Just thought I'd update a little sooner than I have been. Tried to yesterday, but a stupid storm blew in and stopped me. It even knocked off my TV, but things here have returned to normal. Like it? Hate it? Send a comment about it below.
