"Okay, now's your chance Gabe."

"Carl, I'm not going to just walk up and profess my love to her!"

Both teens were hidden behind a couple trashcans and peeking their heads slightly over them, watching as Sophia and Clementine chatted away while they walked down Alexandria with AJ in between them. Carl was trying to make Gabe finally tell Clementine his feelings for her, but the Garcia was wussing out once again at the last second.

"Oh my god, you always do this! You say that you're finally going to do it and then back out at the last second!"

Gabe looked unamused at Carl's outburst and raised his eyebrows slightly at the teen, holding up a hand in the air.

"Wow okay your attitude is up here and you need to bring it the fuck down to the ground. Besides, I thought you were my friend and friends are supposed to support other friends and their emotions."

Carl rolled his eye and scoffed, wanting nothing more than to just slap some sense into Gabe. But Carl, deciding to be a good friend, slapped Gabe on the back and gave him a reassuring smile.

"It's alright dude, you'll tell her sometime and not be a pussy. Maybe then you'll get laid and lose that V-card."

Gabe sputtered out a mash of jumbled words in protest and his ears became bright red, burning hot from embarrassment and anger. The Garcia teen reared back and punched Carl's arm, making him yelp in pain and glare at Gabe.

"I'm only telling the truth, ya ass! And just for that, I'm going to do this. HEY SOPHIA! CLEM! WAIT UP!"

Carl bursted our from behind the trashcans and ran up to the girls, who had now turned towards the boy shouting their names. Gabe swore on his life that he would be the one taking out Carl's other eye and hurriedly fled away from the scene in hopes Clementine hadn't seen him.

Carl smiled when he made it to the girls and AJ, not having to look back because he knew that Gabe had already made his escape to somewhere far away from Clementine. He could see a slight blush on Sophia's face as he gave her a sly smile and winked cheekily at her.

"Hello, ladies and little man. How we doing today?"

While Sophia answered Carl's question, Clementine had been watching as Gabe ran out from behind trashcans and sprinted away from them. AJ giggled as he watched Gabe too and had wondered to himself why the teen was acting so silly. Shaking her head, Clementine turned towards Carl and Sophia with a smile tugging on her lips.

"So, I'm guessing today isn't the day?"

Carl laughed and looked in the direction where said teen had ran from, also shaking his head at his friends actions.

"Nope, and I'm kinda pissed because I would've won the bet too if he did something today."

Clementine's slight smile turned into a scowl and she placed her hands over AJ's ears to block out the next conversation her and Carl were about to have.

"What fucking bet?"

Color drained from Carl's face and the teen scrambled behind Sophia for protection from the now pissed looking Clementine. But, realizing she couldn't hit him or anything because she had her hands over AJ's ears, Carl relaxed and threw his arm over Sophia's shoulders.
