It’s been a month after the MTV Movie Awards and me SNL audition. Me and Jimmy have been doing super duper great. If this is what the honeymoon stage is like in a relationship, then I wonder what Jimmy has under his sleeve for the months to come. I really adore him. We haven’t told each other we loved each other yet, all apart of our “trying to take it slow” thing. We try so hard to take it slow for the sake of our relationship but, we can’t get enough of each other. I was at Jimmy’s house and I spent the night. I woke up to him shirtless, but on the balcony drinking orange juice. He was so hot.

“Hey Fallon.” I said, walking next to him on the balcony and pecking his lips.

“Good morning beautiful. How you feel this morning?”

“Hot. It’s hot today.”

“Well, it’s the middle of July so, that’s probably normal.”

I laughed. “Sarcastic ass.”

“It’s how I keep the bills paid.” He laughed, referring to SNL I guess. “Hey, is your phone ringing?”

“Shit!” I ran inside to my phone and flipped it open.

“Hello?”

“Hi! Is this Zoey Montague?” A strong masculine voice answered.

“This is she?” I answered, a little confused.

“Hi, this is Lorne Michaels. I’m the executive producer of NBC’s Saturday Night Live. We met last month at your audition, I hope you remember.”

“Oh yes sir! Can you hold really quick, I’m sorry.”

“Sure.”

Jimmy stood mouthing to me “Who is it?” and I jumped up and down and mouthed “It’s Lorne!”

I pressed speaker.

“I’m back, sir.”

“Great. I just have to tell you before we go any further, you are one funny girl. Your audition was pretty impressive.”

“Thank you so much! A good friend helped me!”

“Well that good friend can have a spot on the SNL stage too. You’re on the bill for Season 27 of Saturday Night Live, Ms. Montague!”

“Oh my god, thank you thank you thank you! This is the best news I’ve heard ever gotten in my life.”

“I’m happy, congratulations. Rehearsals begin August 28th with the featured players like yourself and the repertory players will join on the 30th at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. I look forward to seeing you then, Ms. Montague.”

“You will definitely see me then!!” I exclaimed.

“Great, have a great rest of your summer. I’ll be seeing ya.” He hung up.

“Welcome to the family, baby!” Jimmy said, picking me up and spinning me around. “I’m so proud of you, I knew it.”

“Thanks! I’m so glad we get to be together all the time.”

“Maybe we can kiss on camera.” He smirked and tickled me.

“Oh we will, I’ll make friends with the head writer and make sure we have our own skits.”

“Look at you.” He smiled. “Some cast members do that all the time. How about some celebratory breakfast made by Master Chef Fallon?”

“Is Master Chef Fallon as hot as you?”

“I think so. Maybe hotter. What would you like?”

“Pancakes. A lot of them. Let Master Chef Fallon know that I like being fed.”
