Burial

We had a funeral for James.

But it wasn't your usually mourning, crying your eyes out funeral. We got a really trashy coffin and put him inside. Chained him up before we would close the coffin up for good. Hopefully this would be the last encounter with the bastard. We picked a spot far out in the woods and dug until we knew that no one could find it. Quickly we dumped the coffin into the ground. I picked up a handful of dirt and said "Here is James, the psychotic vampire destined to make an army. He will not be missed." And threw the first fist full of dirt onto the coffin. Andy came up behind me and snaked his arms around my waist and pulled me towards him. Automatically, all of the uneasiness I was feeling floated away knowing that I would never be separated from him again.

"Lets leave so we can go check on your mother," Andy whispered into my ear. "Let the guys take care of this," 

We walked back to the house hand in hand. I would glance at Andy every now and then and admire him. Months without his presence had taken a toll on me and now I never want to leave his side. 

"What are you staring at?" He asked as he caught my eye. I blushed and looked away. 

"Just appreciating everything that I have right now." 

Magda is slowly recovering but she is going to be ok. Marina who is still slightly scared of me is slowly opening up. I've learned a lot about her past life and I told her about mine. She told me her 19th birthday is coming up. Little does she know that I have a huge surprise for her. I never I had the chance to go back home, but this is my home now. Marina misses her family and her boyfriend. I am going to take her home. I just hope her family will be happy to see her since they were the ones to send her over in this path. 

As time progresses forward, we are making a plan to take down the rest of the Vampire Council. Vampires are no greater than humans in my eyes. We may be more powerful, but that doesn't give us the power to take control over their lives. If we are successful I am going to make sure that we shut down the slave system. Parents can no longer send their kids off to follow orders for the rest of their lives or get killed for rebelling. This is going to be the new age for vampires and humans. We are going to make sure we can live in harmony.
