(Dayna's POV)
I'm startled when Aiden pulls on me, but I listen to him and quickly follow him into a supply closet and I catch my breath and look at him "Why did we have to run?" He sighs, "Because my bullies were near.." I frown "People bully you?" He looks down and nods and I clinch my fists. I hug him and he stands there for a second, shocked but slowly hugs me back. I smile and pull back, before jumping when I hear the door being messed with.
(Aiden's POV)
I see Dayna jump and frown, knowing my bullies are at the door and I gently push her behind me "Stay here.." I see her glare and cross her arms "Why?" I sigh and open the door, walking out into the hallway where I meet two of my bullies and I stare at them. One of them smirk "Who's the girl?" I clench my teeth "None of your business, Daniel." He chuckles "She's clearly new considering I've never seen her before." He motions to the other guy "Luke. Get her." I tense and I hear her yelp when he grabs her by the hair and pulls her out of the closet. I glare "Leave her alone." He looks over at me before ignoring me "Luke you know what to do." Luke grins before I see Dayna growl and kick Luke in the stomach "Don't you even try it." She looks at Daniel, her face deadly calm but a murderous look in her eyes and she walks over to him and punches him before grabbing my hand and dragging me away. I stare at her and wonder how she did that. She's so tiny..
She looks over at me and I can feel her entire body shaking and she stops and leans against the wall before slowly sliding down it. She looks at me tiredly before smiling slightly "Aiden, I'm not gonna let anyone hurt you.."
