Ross' POV:

"Rossy, wakey wakey!" said a very angelic voice.

No matter how I love this voice, I love sleep more.

Nah, I love this girl too much, but I love sleeping for now.

I'm not making any sense AT ALL

"Nooo." I groaned. I heard her sigh and my pillow side of the bed sank so I lifted my eyelids open. There Laura is, looking down to me with a frown.

"Wake. Up. Now." she said between pauses.

"Go awaaay." I groaned AGAIN and buried my face on my pillow.

"Ross if you don't get up right now, I'm gonna ask for a ride from another guy-" she threatened.

"Okay okay I'm up, I'm up." I blurted out which made her smile. I rolled my eyes because she crossed the line.

"Good boy." she said as she patted my head and stood up

"Don't talk about other guys like that." I whispered, but it turned out she heard it. Stupid whispering skill.

"That was the only way I could get you to wake up." she explained.

"Well, I'm awake now alright." I hissed, which she giggled at.

I've got to tell her. I've got to freaking tell her now before it's all too late.

"umm, uhh.. Laura," I started

"Yo?" she asked as she looked at me with a questioning look

"You ARE coming to my game tonight, right?" I asked, wow I just realized how desperate that sounded.

Laura just rolled her eyes at me and sent me a sarcastic look.

"I don't know. You tell me, a certain blonde boy has been bugging me all week about it." she stated.

"A simple "yes, sexy, i'm going" would've worked." I huffed and stood up and walked towards her.

I put both of my hands at the edges of the mirror table, where she stood at, so she was trapped in between me and the table. She gave me a surprised look and I almost laughed at her cherry red face.

"Ross, I-uh..." she stuttered.

I breathed in heavily and whispered, "I'll just take a very quick shower, 'kay?". She quickly nodded her head and inside, I was dying, controlling myself not to kiss her senseless right there and then.

Patience, Ross, Patience. I told myself.
