It's been a week since he taken Reyes and Price and left the hotel in the city that Carlos brought him to. He found a place in East Harlem for the three of them. He hadn't step foot out his apartment at all, he was just mentally and emotionally healing himself.
Right now Reyes was drinking water at night he was still drinking breast milk to help him sleep. A while ago him and Messiah agreed that they didn't want Reyes's drinking formula so Carlos would get her breast milk for him.
There was nights when Reyes cried wanting his mother but Arvonti would show him videos and pictures of her to quiet him down. He bought himself a new phone cause he didn't want to look at those pictures of Messiah. He literally ain't want shit to do with her.
He didn't go to the warehouse, Carlos, Miguel, and Allah was running everything while he was watching the boys. Dave East was blasting throughout the crib thanks to Alexa. It was 8:45pm and Arvonti and Reyes was playing on the floor while Prince slept. Reyes was sitting up as Arvonti was teaching him his animal noises.
He had his phone up recording Reyes. He didn't have any social media anymore but he wanted to record everything his son did. "What does that say?" Arvonti asked him. Reyes laughed as he pushed the button. "Moo!" He clapped. "Yay!" Arvonti picked him up and blew into his stomach.
Reyes was going on nine months soon and Arvonti was proud seeing him talk some words, crawl and walk around. "Dada!" Reyes exclaimed. Arvonti smiled at Reyes. Reyes extended his arm out and wrapped them around Arvonti's head. Arvonti
looked at the table as he heard his phone ring.Arvonti picked up Reyes putting him in his lap as he sat down. He picked it up and looked at the caller ID seeing it was Carlos. He answered it. "Yo." He said. "You good?" Carlos asked. Arvonti rolled his eyes. For the past week Carlos had been checking on him to make sure he was okay, he appreciated it but
he was tired of havin to say the same thing. He always said he didn't had to worry bout him relapsin or anything, his focus was on his son. "Los for the last time, all my focus is on my son and bro I'm fine." He said. "Alright well open the door I got a surprise for the lil nigga." He said.
Arvonti hung up and walked to the door with Reyes in his arm. He looked through the peep hole. He'd been extra careful since he took Reyes, he didn't buy a place wit ceiling to floor windows, it was a normal apartment. Like the one he lived in growin up. He even put the apartment under a alias. He even got a new car to be sure.
After it was clear to be Carlos he unlocked all five locks and opened the door. Carlos had a Henry huggle monster stuffed animal and a bed set. Reyes roared as he seen the stuffed animal. "Look it roars!" Carlos exclaimed as he walked in. He closed and locked all the locks.
He pushed the button listening to him roar. Reyes clapped and roared with him. Arvonti laughed. He started talking in his baby language as he reached for it. Carlos handed it to him. "Let's play witcho toy blood." Arvonti said as he walked over to the mess of toys in the family room.
"He has a play pin you know." Carlos said. "This nigga be throwin all his toys out that bitch then screams pointing at them. At first I thought he wanted it back until I realized he ain't wanna be in thea." Arvonti explained. Reyes started playing with his toy. Carlos and Arvonti sat beside him. Reyes held it up in Carlos's face.
"Okay lemme teach you." Carlos said. He took his hand and pushed the button. Reyes roared as he laughed. "And look." Carlos picked up the plastic squared suitcases and pulled out the bed set. Reyes pushed the button and gasped when he talked. "Dada." He smiled at Arvonti as he pointed at it. "Give Uncle Los a thank you kiss."
