It's been a week since they moved to Manhattan because Tiwan set them up. Arvonti had been bugging on who Tiwan's ally might be because shit is still happening to what's his. He couldn't find out where his base was at in Tijuana or anywhere in Mexico.
Cause of that he'd been working late at the warehouse trying to find clues on who it could be and where. Right now he was beat. All he wanted to do was sleep.
He just walked into his room and laid on the bed. Reyes was sleep in the bassinet and he just figured Messiah was in the bathroom since she wasn't in the bed but her laptop was open. He was at the point where he didn't even wanna take his own clothes off. He watched Messiah walked out the bathroom in one of his shirts.
She crawled into bed and pecked his cheek. "So far I got nothin." He said as Messiah sat up and put his head in her lap. He wrapped his arms around her as he yawned. "We'll talk bout it in the morning, you need to sleep." She said. He slid his hand under her short and panties to rub the side of her booty. "Take my clothes off fo me?"
He asked as she powered off her laptop and put it on the nightstand. "Sit up." She said. "Can you do my pants first, I'm comfortable as shit." Messiah got up and took his shoes off the his pants leaving him in his boxers. She left his pants and shoes on the floor by the foot of the bed. She sat on his lap and took his shirt off.
"Thanks baby." He said. He pulled Messiah on top of him and covered up. He kissed her forehead and closed his eyes. Hours later he woke up seeing Messiah eating french toast, eggs, oatmeal and bacon as she looked at penthouses somewhere. He kissed the small of her back.
"I didn't wanna wake you since you were tired so I left your food in the oven." She said. "Where you lookin?" He asked. Eversince Arvonti told her when the time came he wanted them out of Newyork she'd been looking for places. "Right now Florida, but I'on like any of em." "We can't do Florida, nice weatha the first place people go for escape
homes we gotta keep it rural or surban. I've been thinkin Chicago." He said. Messiah looked at him. "I know what you've been through out thea and that you neva wanna go back but nobody would think to look thea because I would neva go thea'." "Don't you think staying in places you wouldn't go well make them look there first.
"Victor looked where you wouldn't go and he's an ally with Tijuana." "Victor's dead and Jose's incharge of that now, he ain't a issue." Arvonti said. Messiah raised her eyebrows. "You even said you ain't trust that family beef is ova bullshit." "Look it ain't Jose, afta all the bs we been through he wouldn't go this low
especially send harm on my son. You just don't wanna go to Chicago." "You right I don't but that's not the problem, you're predictable as shit when you tryna keep people safe, if Victor knows how you move who's to say Tijuana doesn't.
If it meant keeping Reyes safe I would go back to Chicago right now but I don't feel like it's the safest move." She said. Arvonti laid down behind her back. Everytime she feel like some ain't right shit ain't.
He thought. Thinking back to all the times she said it wasn't a right move and bein right he knew he couldn't debate with her on it. He had Reyes to worry about and he knew she was doin the same. "Search up L.A, houses not penthouses." "Bu-" "The houses in L.A. has the perfect view, I could stare out at the city lights while look at the stars and nature since they got mountain views.
It's the only place I'd eva by a house in." He said laying his head on her shoulder. "Only you, Miguel and Jay knows that." He said Messiah kissed his head and searched up Los Angeles. Arvonti started eating her food as he laid his head in her lap. "Man yo French toast so fye." He said.
