Tae woke up to bangin on his door. "Go get it." Jade said turning over. He shooked his head getting up and walking out the room. Due to his money comin in and Jade's success as a fashion designer they got themselves a penthouse suit. He walked down the hall down the stairs
through the living room and kitchen to the door of the penthouse. He opened the door. "Fuck is yo problem man?" He snapped looking at a grey eyed black man in a suit and tie. "Tae'on Aristide?" The man asked. "I regret to inform you but you're parents are dead." The man said.
Tae just stared at him not really giving a damn. Truth be told he always thought theyvwas dead. When they were kids they just left them with their grandmother and never looked back because of that he came to the conclusion that they died. Rather it was suicide or something he didn't care. As he opened his mouth to speak
the man cut him off. "I was informed that you probably wouldn't care due the way they left you but sir it was for reasons that I can explain." Tae furrowed his eyebrows confused by the words that left the mans mouth. "I'on wanna know why they left, I honestly don't care."
Tae said. "Don't care bout what?" Jade said standing behind him. He turned lookin at her. "My parents are officially pronounced dead, bruh they've been dead to me fo years if you here for funeral service" "Sir I'm hear to talk about what you have inherited." Tae scrunched his face up.
"Inherit what? Scrubs and roaches from the street? They were broke bruh." "That was a cover up so you and your twin brother could have a normal life. Truth is you're family owns the Aristide drug Cartel in the Caribbean." Tae's eyes widened in shock. "Tae let him in so he could explain." Jade said holding on to his arm.
Tae stepped aside letting him in as he closed the door. They walked and took a seat on the couch, the man sat across from them. "You're father was the one who was born into the drug Cartel, when you and yo brother first came to Brooklyn you weren't supposed to stay, your parents were trying to make a very important deal with another Cartel."
The man started. "The person they were distributing with had other plans for the deal and they didn't like that so they called it off. He was mad and threatened to end their entire blood line to do so. He carried the threat out and started killing people in The Caribbean and New Orleans.
Your mother wanted to give you too her grandmother but your father wanted you guys to stay with them. In the end he cave and that's when you were raised by your grandmother. They left and for years they fought against him until they found out he was dead.
We don't know how but your parents are now dead too. We need you to come beside your brother and help him keep your family name." Tae squinted confused. "I'm sorry but my brother died a year ago." Tae said. "No he didn't." He said. "A year ago, the fire was a set up by the same man who was trying to destroy your family.
Word got to them that he was now making a move on you to end the field so they sent my cousin to save you when he seen Jae'on tryin to save everyone he knew the only way to get him safe was to fake hurt he put Alcatel in his mouth and printed to have seizure."
Tae stood up mad as hell. "You fucking playin wit bruh!" He yelled. "My brother would never fake his death, fuck is you on tellin me this bullshit!" "The person on the gurney was a prop. Your brother has been in New Orleans for the past year runnin the half of the Cartel." "Bullshit!" Tae yelled.
"You want me to call him, nothing I'm telling you is a lie." "Who the fuck was it then? Who the hell was tryna kill us." "The head of the Sinaloa Cartel, King Alvarez." Tae looked at Jade as she gasped. The man extendin the phone to Tae.
