Filling lost, mad, and broken Arvonti walked up to the stand as the guards held his arms even though he was handcuffed. As they unchanged him a cop walked up with a bible. "Right hand on the Bible please sir." He said. Arvonti put his hand on the Bible. Arvonti places his right hand on the Bible as he looked at the crowd.

Part of him just hoped Messiah would pop up outta no where. He looked around seeing Trick, King, his friends and the jury, which mostly consisted of white people. He rolled his eyes at the fact of that.

"Have the minority race on trail and fill it up wit a white jury?" He asked as he looked at the judge who was black. "That sounds bout white." He said to himself. "Do you solemnly swear or affirm that you will tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God under pains and penalties of perjury?"

He asked. "I solemnly affirm that I will tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothin but the truth, so help me God under the penalties of perjury." Arvonti said. The man walked away and Arvonti sat down as the prosecuting attorney, which was Emilio took the floor.

"Arvonti Alvarez, known throughout the boroughs of Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Harlem as Switch and the Antichrist. Loved by few, hated and feared by all. Why do they call him that? Easy. Because he's a murderer, he's been killing since he was thirteen years old.

He has a pretty thick file of unseen and closed cases that has never once been on trail. These files were kept by my father, the man he murdered because he knew someday they'd come in handy, that someday this man who killed your brothers, your sons, sisters, and daughters will get his punishment."

He said as he passed around files not forgetting to hand one to the judge. "Isn't it true that you pleaded guilty Arvonti?" "Oh so you finna tell the jury how even though I already pleaded guilty you still made me go on trial?" Arvonti asked. "This is an appeal." "Nah this a waste of fuckin time that's what it is.

Specially since you passin my files out, ain't shit up in thea but possession of drugs. Unless you and yo bitch ass daddy fucked wit it." Arvonti said. "October 23rd, 2017 what was you doin that day?" "Simple I was on probation for sellin drugs so I was wit my fam and my girl."

"Are you sure?" "Yeah cause that was the day me and my girl broke up  for the first time which caused me to go into a relapse." "If You was on a relapse how was you in the house that day?"

"I relapsed the day afta that, I already had the coke in my house stored in couch pillows it been thea for a few months caused I'd always replace it wit fresh coke cause I was neva fully recovered from it."

"So you were an addict?" "No, I wasn't addicted to be on every day use, I wasn't feinnin fo it, I used it when I was goin through shit. Some people go to marijuana to get off but that don't work for me."

"And why is that?" "People react to THC differently, some act slow, some laugh at everything, some act goofy and there's those who act calm and think deeply on situations that occurs in they life. I'm one of those calm deep thinkers. I roll a blunt when I wanna think."

"You said you were wit the fam that day, but I have reasons to be that couldn't be possible because you're an only child and you don't know your father or live with your mother." "At that time I didn't but I did know my father,

and I did and I didn't fuck wit my mom but when I say the fam I mean the people who actually cares bout me, my best friends, my brothas. They raised me, they grew up wit me. What the fuck does this gotta do wit me killin yo damn dad?"
