Adriana allowed Steve to help her to her room at Avengers Tower. Once Steve set her at her desk chair and left, Tony walked in unannounced. "Haven't you learned to knock?"

"Knocking is for people who don't own this Tower," he supplied, tapping on the table next to her door. He went and sat down on the bed, crossing his ankle over his knee. "So, we found info about the people that attacked us."

The man pulled out a smart phone, and swiped on the clear screen, projecting photos and videos in front of the young woman. Adriana spotted the two in a video, protesting against the war and violence that their country's leader had led them into. The girl had long red hair, eyeliner surrounding her eyes. The other one was the fast one, his silver head towering over the others in the crowd.

"The girl, her name is Wanda Maximoff, and the other is Pietro Maximoff. Twins. Pietro is fast, really fast. And Wanda has Psionic abilities; including but not limited to Telekinesis and Mental manipulation."

The girl looked over all the information, "Can you send the files to my tablet? I'd like to look over them."

"Sure, oh and don't forget about the party."

"How could I forget?"

"You have the worst memory."

"Touché." The girl pursed her lips, thinking about the dress she'd have to order for the party. The girl watched as Tony turned to leave. "Hey, Tony?"

"Yeah?" He pivoted on his feet in the doorway, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Can you ask Dr. Cho if she can give me an exam? I've just felt off since what happened earlier today."

"Of course, yeah."

"And don't tell anyone about this, I don't want to worry them."

"Sure thing, see you around," Tony left.

A few minutes later she got a notification on her tablet informing that he had sent her the information and then another saying that her exam was scheduled for the next afternoon. Adriana decided she would do her research on the twins before choosing what dress she would wear to the party. Shopping was not her thing.

The young woman scrolled through the files they had taken from HYDRA, pausing when she had found something interesting. According to their files their true parents were unknown, the ones that had died in the bombing of their apartment building were their adoptive parents. They were taken as babies.

They were experiments, and somehow they were the only ones to survive being experimented on with the stone inside Loki's Scepter.

She immediately started to search through anything she could access, and found their adoption papers. Then she searched through old newspapers from every country surrounding Sokovia to try and find something, anything.

Adriana felt a headache coming on as she searched through the archives until it turned to a full on migraine. Finally, she decided she needed a rest before turning off her tablet and setting it on her desk.

The girl sighed as she rolled onto her bed before switching off her lamp and falling back onto her pillows.

That night she dreamed of blood soaking the earth and bodies decorating the ground. She dreamed that she was the one to cause it all. And she felt a power thrumming in her veins, untamed, and unpredictable.
