Time for a little Sonny x Reader imagine!

Sonny had been away on a very important business trip for his real estate job for the  past two weeks. I mean, it's was two weeks, but I missed him terribly. He never left me for this long. The most he left me for was two days, back in '61. He was still out in Massachusetts, and wouldn't be back until three weeks.
The bed felt lonely and cold at night. Also, quiet, due to that Sonny's snores were not next to me. The king sized bed felt like an island, enough to fit ten of me in it.
Work has been stressful too. My paperwork felt like it was bigger than usual and every curly haired guy looked like Sonny. Sometimes my imagination played games on me and I would call them Sonny, but their strange looks quickly reminded I kept being quiet, to the point everyone had to ask what's wrong.
"What's wrong Y/N?" Susie, one of my workers asked me one Friday afternoon.
I didn't want her to know how much I missed my boyfriend, so I made up a quick lie. "My stomach doesn't feel that good." Then as if my stomach wanted to go home, it grumbled loudly. She gasped.
Susie emphasized for me by making a sad face. "I can take over if you wanna go home," she stated. I really didn't want to be at work, but lying feels so bad to one of my employees. After a second of thinking, I decided that lying once wouldn't hurt.
"That would be really great, thanks Susie," I smiled as I got my bag and car keys.
        "Feel better Y/N!"
I got into my (favorite old car) and drove off towards me and Sonny's home. It was a little (favorite color) cape, with a little garden full of colorful flowers of all varieties. It had two garages connected towards our house. Slowly I parked my car into the garage and opened the door, revealing the kitchen. The clock that is hung against our wall read one fifteen - I'm usually home by four thirty.
I thought of where Sonny could be. Was he enjoying Massachusetts? Did he get to visit Boston? Thousands of thoughts flew around and around my head. I never knew you can miss someone so much.
I decided to take a nap to kill time. I crawled into me and Sonny's bed and lied there for a good five minutes before passing out like a baby.

                                                                           **********
The sound of a car door woke me from my golden slumbers. While stretching, I realized that it was seven fifteen. Boy, me missing Sonny must of been tiring.
Before I found who the person was, a familiar voice called my name. Sonny!
         "Are you home Y/N?"
Rushing down the stairs, I jumped into Sonny's arms like what we did in high school. I kissed him passionately on the lips as he returned.
"Sonny, oh how much I missed you! But why are you home three weeks early? I asked as I hugged him after our kiss ended.
"The other people apparently had a very busy week with their clients. Seems like a lot of people are moving around the Boston area."
I could agree with those people. I have always wanted to travel to Boston and see it's rich history.
Sonny smiled as he pulled something from his coat pocket. It was wrapped in royal blue and white paper. He handed it over to me and gestured for me to open it. Carefully, I tore apart the paper to reveal a gold locket with gold chain. The next thing was a small little snow globe with the streets of Boston and the harbor.
"Sonny, you didn't have to do this!" I began tearing up at how beautiful the locket it was. It was heart shaped and on the front, little flowers and hearts were engraved. On the back, it was shiny and I can see my face staring into it.
"Boston has the best jewelry. I thought you would want it," he started as he looked at the globe. "And the globe is where I actually walked around. There was also so many underground trains there, it was crazy. You would love it and thats why we are going in December!"
I could of sworn that my heart jumped out of me and did flips for joy because that's how I felt. I hugged Sonny once again, basically sucking all the air out of him. December was only five months away since it was July.
"Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you so much Sonny!" I nearly screamed as he laughed. Oh how I missed his laugh.
He shook my head and smiled once more. "Anything for my number one girl."
