Im standing in a white room with nothing in it. I'm banging at the walls to let me out of there. Dressed in a white gown with bare feet. I walk to every corner trying to get out.
"Kendall... why did you let me die." A girls voice said.
Frantically looking around to look for the source of the voice.
"LET ME OUT!" I begged. I cried.
"Kendall why did you leave me." A boys voice said.
Gasping for air while running my hands through my hair. I lay down trying to get the voices out of my head.
"Let me out." I whispered.
The images disappeared and I was woken up to Colton calling my name.
"Kendall wake up!"
My eyes went wide and I was sweating from the dream.
"Sorry I had a nightmare." I mumbled trying to get back to reality. He looked at me with worried eyes.
"Colton go shower and get new clothes then I will replace the bandages."
He nodded as a response and went. As he was showering I looked around the house. There were picture frames hanging up. The frame was a dark brown color. The happy faces of three children and parents made me smile. My smile went away when I realized they are probably dead.
There were a set of twin boys and one girl. They were all blonde with dark green eyes resembling their parents. They were hugging each other while on the beach. I miss the beach. The sound of the waves hitting the sand and the smell of the pure sea salt engulfed my senses.
I bandaged Colton's wound and it looks bad. We need a doctor. He hissed in pain as I tied the bandage over the wound.
"Is this reality?" Colton whispered.
I looked into his eyes and slowly nodded. He looked down at his lap and tears started to emerge from his eyes. I kneeled down in front of him while he was sitting on the bed. I wiped his tears away.
"Colton... we are going to survive."
He nodded and calmed down. There was a tv in the bedroom so we decided to see if the message changed. We turned it on and images flickered on.
They were images of the officials rounding up people. It went from choosing a couple people to taking them all. Are they even going to let a million people live like they promised?
The screen went black.
It's stated, "Citizens, hiding is not advised. We know where you reside."Colton and I looked at each other. We were horrified as we came to a conclusion.
"They know where we are.."
"Because we turned on the tv."
They track the electronics to see if there are any activities.
There was the sound of the car. We looked out the window and saw the officials checking all of the houses on the street.
We have no where to hide.
