"Wake up sweetie" I hear my mom say.
"Mmm what?" I say very sleeply.
" We are at the airport." she said.
"Oh okay" I said.
I sat up and looked around. We were now in the city. My dad pulled into the airport parking lot moments later. We all got out of the car, grabbed our carry on bags, and walked into the airport. We went through security and waited for them to call for our plane.
"Flight 502 to Los Angeles, California is now boarding." we heard come on the PA. We all got up and boarded our plane. As we enter the plane my mom and dad sat together near the front while me and Tommy sat near the middle of the plane.
"I call the window seat!" I said as me and Tommy were racing to our seats.
"Hell no!" he replied.
We wrestled for the seat until mom yelled at us to sit down and be quiet. I ended up getting the window seat. As I sat down I stuck my tongue out and spit in my brothers face and laughed. I put my headphones back in my ears and played more music while I looked out the window. I thought about what my life would be like in California, and what kids at school might think of me. Then I started thinking about Alex. I realized that I almost forgot to text him. I took out my phone and went to my messages. I clicked on Alex's name.
Cassie😘:: Hey, I'm on the plane, on my way to California.
I pushed the sleep button on my phone and looked out the window. A few minutes later I felt my phone buzz. It was a text from Alex.
Alex 💕: I already miss you so much. Come back to me babe.
I smiled but it also made me feel kinda sad.
Cassie 😘: I miss you so much more! If I could come back I would.
" Who you talking to?" Tommy asked.
"None of your business!" I snapped back.
"Oh so that means Alex." he said back.
"Whatever" I rolled my eyes.
My phone buzzed again. It was Alex again.
Alex 💕: I love you, I'll text you later 😊❤
I felt my cheeks go red and I knew Tommy was smirking at me. I just ignored him and texted Alex back.
Cassie 😘: I love you too 💖
I hit the sleep button on my phone again and looked out the window until I fell asleep.
I woke up 4 hours later the my brother shaking me.
"Cass get up! We are landing in 10 minutes." he said.
"Oh okay." I said.
When the plane landed we got out bags and got into our new car and drive to our new house. When we arrived at the house I was amazed! It was huge and beautiful. We parked the car and my dad said "You two get your own rooms....so go kill each other foe the better one!" Me and Tommy took off running threw the house to get the better bedroom. I found the bigger one first so I got it!
"Hey, Tommy I got the bigger bedroom so suck it!" I said.
I looked around the room and it was amazing. It had a walk in closet and I had a huge window that you could see the Hollywood sign from, and I had my own bathroom! The moving van got to the house a few hours later and we immediately started unloading it and bringing furniture and boxes into the house. I brought all my stuff up to my room then my dad and brother brought my bed up for me. I unpacked all my stuff within a couple hours. I was sitting on my bed looking out my window when I remembered I was supposed to text Alex!
Cassie 😘: I'm so sorry I forgot to text you when I got here. I was just so busy unpacking.
My phone buzzed almost immediately, so he must have been waiting for my text.
Alex💕: Its okay babe. 😊 I'm just glad you got there safe and your unpacked. How's the new house?
Cassie 😘: Its beautiful! I can see the Hollywood sign from my bedroom! 😁
Alex💕: That's so cool! Well you better get some sleep. I'm sure you exhausted.
Cassie😘: Omg you have no idea! Lol

I shut my phone off and got into bed. II faced the window so I could look at all the beautiful city lights. After about 20 minutes I fell asleep.
