Background: He is born and raised in Albury, Australia till the age of 10. He moved to Luoyang Henan, China and lived with his grandmother. When he was in the airport with his parent's a SM entertainment staff scouted him and told him to audition for SM, so he flew to Korea after a week and was accepted. He had been an SM entertainment trainee for 3 years but left for studies. He is quite popular within entertainment companies in Korea, after a week a Cube staff called him and that he will train with a couple of trainees who are decided to debut. It has been 4 years since he trained with Cube, but wasn't able to debut, on his 5th year as a Cube Trainee and was supposed to debut as Pentagon's maknae he left after a week of preparation for debut.
