Meeting The Guys

~Brie's POV~

I walk downstairs to the main room (lobby) to see 5 young couples who were in their 20's and a group of 6 very attractive guys with 2 gorgeous girls. I look next to me to find Nikki but instead see her on one of the couch chairs with her iPod 5 taking pictures of the guys. I roll my eyes and laugh and walk over to her. I sit next to her and nudge her in the side with my elbow attempting to make her stop taking pics and look at me, but I guess that's not happening while those boys are here. I nudge her again and slap her arm but she won't move. She's like a statue, but only her thumb moving, so she can take the pictures.

"NIKKI!!" I yell as loud as I could in her ear.

She was so surprised and scared for a moment that she dropped her iPod 5.

"What the hell was that for" she asked while holding her ear.

"For getting you to stop staring at those insanely attractive guys..." I say trying to stay focus.

"Nicole, Brianna" Melody says our names in a serious voice.

As soon as she says our names

we hang our heads down, embarrassed. Before I turn down I see the guys smirk😏 and snicker. I could also see 2 guys and the 2 guys biting their lips to hold in their laugh.

After a couple of minutes of waiting in the main room/lobby we were called by Melody to go in the interviewing room. I get up with my head still hung down and walk to the interview room taking a seat not being able to see who the interviewers were, with Nikki following close behind. Since I didn't get to see who was in the room, Nikki noticed and nudged my side. Man she has a pointy elbow.

"Hi what's your name?" asked a guy with a SnapBack.

"Don't you think we should tell them who we are first?" said a boy around our age to the guy guy in the SnapBack obviously. The SnapBack guy just look at the younger guy blankly.

"Sorry about about them. I'm Connor, this is Ricky, Sam, JC, Trevor and Kian." Connor told us, pointing his finger to each guy as he says their names.

"It's okay. My name is Brianna Monique Andrade. " I informed them. "But I go by Brie. "

"And I'm Nicole Stephanie Andrade, but I liked to be called Nikki" says Nikki.

"Cool so would you guys mind telling us about yourselves" politely asks Ricky.

"Sure I'll go first." Nikki says shyly. "I have a passion for gymnastics, dancing, well basically performing. Im definitely a fashionista. I like to hang out with friends and skate during my free time. I'm artistic and a musician. I play flute and drums. And I'm not like the typical teenage girls out there."

"What do you mean typical teenage girls?" Sam asks, clearly confused.

"What I mean is is like those girls out there who are girly and slutty, and love to always go shopping. Don't get me wrong I love shopping, but I won't buy a shirt that's $129 from the Jennifer Lopez clothing line."

"Who doesn't like shopping?" Asks Connor and Ricky at the same time.

"Shut up guys. Continue please" JC gestures.

"Oh well I like to play sports like volleyball, basketball, and especially soccer.

"And she's dramatic." I quickly say.

"That is so not true! I'm not dramatic." Nikki says annoyed.

"See what I mean." I say rolling my eyes.

"Whatever" she mumbles.

"Well anyway, like Nikki said, I'm not the typical teenage girl either, and I play volleyball and soccer, just not basketball. I love to entertain as well and I'm a musician also. I play guitar and piano. I love fashion. Basically, were alike."

"We can tell" responds Connor.

As soon as Connor responds we are interrupted by of course, Melody.

"Girls, your times up." Melody tells us while looking at her silver watch on her wrist.

"Okay well it was nice meeting you guys." Nikki and I tell the guys.

"It was nice meeting you guys too." The guys respond. I don't know about Nikki, but I heard the guys whisper as soon as we were guided out of the room by Melody. After we sat down, a little girl and boy both separately go into the interviewing room to meet the guys. 15 minutes pass by and the 6 guys come out of the room and talk to Melody. I can just barely make out what they were saying.

"We're ready to adopt." JC says.

"Alright, which of the children would you guys like to adopt?"

"Actually, it's not a child." Sam informs her.

"Oh, well then who would you guys like to adopt?"

"Nikki." Kian tells Melody.

I'm absolutely heartbroken. We've always been together. Always.
