"Why haven't the 30 million dollars returned to the CIA? The finance department had like a week and now we have all of David Miller's assets!" Dr Murk was not in a good mood. The chase team had invaded the wrong holding lot and now the CIA was under criminal investigation from the FBI for killing someone who hadn't even had his trial. Room #304 in the CIA HQ had been vacant for weeks. So vacant Miller used it to get Murk's phone number. It was Dr Martin Hilwater's room, who was the director of finances.

Dr Murk dialed up Dr Hilwater, but the phone never answered. "Someone tell the finance department to get a move on!" No one was listening to him. He was just yelling in the middle of a hallway with a phone in his hands. Suddenly, he got a call. "Hello?" His face eased, and then a look of any negative emotion you can name appeared on his face. Anger, despair, sadness, frustration, everything. "Clancy? You haven't heard? I resigned?"

"Why?" Martin hung up. Clancy called again. "Where are the bank numbers for Dave Miller?" he asked. "The numbers are 1832. Tell the new finance director." There was no new finance director. But Clancy was more than capable of doing it himself. He went onto his computer and started loading everything up. He typed in the bank numbers and voila. But it wasn't what he thought. He picked up his phone, dialed every director, and said 3 words: "Board meeting. Now."

In 5 minutes, all directors, including Darren, were in the room. "I looked at the bank transactions, and it's true that 30 million dollars have been stolen. But Dave was half way through an e-transfer of the 30 million dollars. He only had 16. The CIA doesn't have the other 14. Someone else stole the money, and is putting it in Dave's account to cover their tracks."

"Who?" asked Dr Burma. "Brian Scott Mass. An Irish immigrant living in Greece. He has dual citizenship with Greece and Ireland." Dr Burma looked at him as if he had forgotten something important. "BSM, MJK, JSB, and MFK are all CIA initial codes. Fake identities always have these initials. What if it's not Dave at all? What if it's not someone who happens to have our data, Dave, but rather one of us?"

"Ok. Dr Bose. Find us a name attached to Brian Scott Mass." Dr Bose pulled out his laptop. After 15 seconds of typing furiously, he stared at the screen in awe. He did not stop staring at it, but did utter out 3 very important words: "Doctor Martin Hilwater".
