CIA offices are in chaos. 34 million dollars went missing from the CIA, and there is 4 terabytes of confidential on the loose with a senior employee of a company that wants to destroy the CIA. And in the CIA's eyes, in the hands of someone who wants the CIA destroyed. An emergency board meeting was called at 11:00PM the previous day, and finally, at 7:37, every board member was available. The meeting was scheduled for 8, but of course, as usual, started a few minutes late.
Board members at the table were Director of Finances Dr Martin Hilwater, Director Of Overseas Operations Dr Lucy Peterson, Director of Operations Dr Clancy Murk, Director of East Operations Dr Markus Lucas, Director of West Operations Dr Jane Burma, and Director of Online Security Dr Stanley Bose. Dr Hilwater started things off. "Earlier on this morning, the annual budget of 96 million dollars came through. Yet only 62 million dollars came through." Everyone at the table started talking. "Quite!" Now speaking was Dr Murk. "Is this possibly related to the American PSDB fire?" The table erupted again. "4 terabytes of CIA information are on the loose with someone who wants to destroy the industry. In those 4 terabytes are dozens of shortcuts and keys into the CIA's database. This is the only explanation," said Dr Bose.
"Are there any opinions by Doctors Peterson, Lucas, or Burma?" Dr Murk chaired the meeting. "I have an opinion," said Dr Hilwater. "We need to find Dave Miller, and kill him." The table rumbles in chatter again. "That's a bit excessive," said Dr Lucas. "Burma? Peterson?"
"Let's put this to a vote."
"Dr Peterson thinks we should put this to a vote. Who votes on further investigating the money loss?"
The room went quiet. "Who votes going forward with Dave Miller being the thief?" The room stayed quiet. "Who votes on Dave Miller being the thief and taking him out?" One by one, hands shot up, until everyone agreed on this resolution. Dr Hilwater was the last hand to go up. Dr Murk looked around the room. "Alright then. Let's find this guy and take him out."
