New Experiences

Maddy and I were having a great time, it turns out we have a lot in common. Max was still sulking about his rejection.Thats what he gets for trying to flirt with everything that walks. 

The school was beauitful. Maddy talked about how the school had just been remodeled a couple of years ago. There were long glass walls, and the sun shined beautifully through the windows. They even had a community garden.

I could definitely get used to this.

As we were discussing our class schedules, I was slammed into a warm wall. I crashed onto the floor with a thud. 

"Ooowwwwiiiiieeeee" I yelled. 'Owie?', I need to come out with better exclamatory phrases. 

"Ava, are you okay?", Maddy exclaimed. I don't know Maddison, u when a person yells 'ow! ', that is usually a universal sign that they are NOT okay.

"You should probably watch where you are going", Max added in unnecessarily.

A large hand was suddenly extended toward me. I looked up and saw just about the most unreasonably, blindingly, gorgeous guy, I have just about seen in my entire teenage life. 

"No, it was totally my fault. I got distracted." The beautiful stranger said while looking directly at me. He lifted me up, to where his face was only inches from mine. 

Hubba, Hubba. Did it suddenly become a gazillion degrees hotter in here. 

"Ava, this is Mason. Mason this is Ava. Now, that you have not so subtly made your introductions, can we continue with the tour?" Madison said.

 "It's a pleasure to meet you, Ava." The way he said my name was enough to give Arizona chills. He raised the hand that he was still holding and pressed his warm lips to my palm.

" Yeah, um, meet...you, huh?" I mumbled in gibberish. My cheeks grew warm with embarassment and he just chuckled.

Madison started to pull my arm, ultimately serving as the hole that I wanted to swallow me up right at this momemt.

"Maybe next time, you can try articulating a full sentence." She whispered cheekily in my ear.

"See you around." He said while winking at me.

 I wish to obatin some holy water...immediately.

"Oh look at me. I'm Ava. I see a cute boy and my brain turns to boo boo. I don't know how to speak." Max falsely tries to imitate me in a girlish voice.

"You think he was cute?" I spit back out without missing a beat.

"Hey, I am comfortable enough in my straight sexuallity to admit when there is a decent looking guy around." Max replies cockily.

"Really, are you sure because I have been getting some very curvy vibes from you", Maddy said.

Max's cheeks tinged pink but, he was quick to reply. "I can show you anytime just how straight, I am sweety."

This time Maddy was the one at a loss for word, while Max cockily smirked at her. 

Well okay things just went from 0 to 100 real fast.

Maddy cleared her throat and ignored Max's obnoxious comment.

"Whatever", she mumbled. "Ava, looks like you caught Mason's eye." she giggled.

"What, no! Psh. He was not interested in me." I'm starting to think that Maddy has had more than her share of Cu Cu Puffs.

"I don't know about that, I saw how he was looking at you, giving you those eyes!" she said.

"I was there the whole time and didn't see any eye balls being exchanged" Max stupidly added. 

I thought I heard a low growl in the distance.

"Did you guys hear that?", I asked, hoping I was not going crazy.

"Hear what?" They said simultaneously.

They both glared at each other before facing me.

"Nothing, I just thought I heard something." Must have been my imagination.

"Don't worry about those voices in your head, they get quieter as time goes on", Max says.

Maddy and I look at Max crazily, while he just grins.

"Oookkkaayyy. Umm, why don't I show you guys the court yard?" Maddy quickly adds to dispell the crazy Max just put in the air.

"Yeah, lets" I say. Though, as we walk toward the court yard, I can't help but feel like I was being watched.

I had no idea how true it was...

So any way, I updated, not that the stunning 4 people who are reading really care but, here ya go. I am, going to start updating more, seeing as all the free time I have now acquired is here for me to abuse. Hope you like it, until next time my little muffins!!!!
