jihoon gazed out the window, watching the heavy rain descending and pattering down onto the hard concrete ground. it was loud; way too loud. he couldn't focus on anything with the rain tapping so noisily against the glass.

but he needed to focus. his victory depended on it. he was so, so close to beating the game... he desperately needed to defeat the final boss. jihoon stuck his tongue out in concentration, tapping furiously at the screen.

on the other hand, soonyoung was in another room singing along to a song his boyfriend, jihoon, had composed earlier. his hands were busy folding the clothes jihoon had shoved carelessly into the drying machine. jihoon wasn't lazy. far from it. he just wasn't good with handling laundry - or anything involving cleanliness for that matter. that was more soonyoung's forte.

soonyoung heard a groan and a muffled crash. jihoon had given up on his game. soonyoung sighed in relief. finally. jihoon hadn't looked up from his screen since yesterday.

soonyoung had certainly tried to tell jihoon to stop playing the game. but jihoon was stubborn. jihoon wouldn't give up his games for anything. not even food.

soonyoung didn't like the fact that his boyfriend was a gaming addict. basically the only other things he did besides playing games was compose music and eat. it sounded clingy, but soonyoung wanted attention. even a simple 'hi' or 'how are you' at least.

soonyoung sometimes felt like a housemaid that just cleaned up after jihoon. of course, soonyoung had no problem taking care of his boyfriend. anyways, it was always disastrous when jihoon tried to do anything. soonyoung chuckled while remembering the time jihoon had tried to make soonyoung breakfast and almost set the kitchen on fire. but still. soonyoung often felt neglected by his boyfriend.

the two barely spent time with each other - not including eating dinner and going to sleep. although they had been dating for about a year now, not once has either said 'i love you' or even shared many kisses.

nontheless, it was mostly soonyoung who showed greater affection. jihoon showed affection for soonyoung occasionally, but sometimes it seemed like he treasured his games more than his boyfriend.

soonyoung wished he could just share one little kiss with jihoon.

and that's where the story unfolds.
