jihoon's pale fingers flew across the small screen, tapping buttons here and there. he pumped his fists in the air whenever he won a round. soonyoung smiled softly at his adorable boyfriend as he looked over jihoon's shoulder.

it was a beautiful day - not too sunny, not too cloudy. just perfect. that's why soonyoung decided he and jihoon should go out.

the weather would stay the same for a few days and soonyoung didn't want to go to work. so, he planned a trip far away. he'd paid for a reasonably cheap hotel room near the sea. the pictures of the hotel had enchanted him. instead of lamps or light fixtures, twinkling fairy lights hung over a blanket-covered bed, basking the room in a magical glow. however, soonyoung had booked a hotel next to the ocean for a reason. he wanted to take jihoon down to the beach as the sun was setting and sneak a kiss. yes, soonyoung was a hopeless romantic, but he just couldn't help it. he beamed silently.

so, soonyoung and jihoon were on a train to busan, jihoon's hometown.

"jihoon, stop playing your game and take a nap. your eyes will hurt." soonyoung fussed worriedly. "you've been playing ever since we got on the train. don't you want to rest? you can sleep on my shoulder."

jihoon shook his head in refusal. he didn't want to stop playing. it was an addicting game, and jihoon had almost beat it, too. soonyoung sighed. he snatched the phone from jihoon's pale hands. jihoon gasped and tackled soonyoung in the tightly packed seats, causing the passengers next to them to cringe.

"stop!" soonyoung screeched breathlessly, holding the phone high over his head as jihoon crushed his lungs and reached for his phone.

"give me my phone!" yelled jihoon, lunging for it once more. "give me!" he repeated. soonyoung faltered as he heard the actual anger in his voice. jihoon managed to grab his phone.

"sorry," soonyoung whispered, staring at the floor, tears threatening to fall. he wiped them away quickly, erasing the fact that they were ever there, and looked over to jihoon for a response.

"it's okay." jihoon murmured. but he was already lost in another world.
