Draco's P.O.V.

I spun around, the oil lamp dangling from my unsteady grip, "Who's there?"

More rustling and bustling noises. I don't know exactly how to react right now, I feel the urge to protect my companions but also run at the same time. Then, from the bush came a little ferret.

What on earth is a Ferret doing here?

But of course, having Neville here, I decided to creep him out, just for fun.

"Oh god! A Python! Neville! A Python!" A semi-shouted and immediately, that tiny oaf freaked out and shot a powerful wave of red spark.

I actually didn't know he could do that.

The next thing you know, Hagrid came with a sour looking expression.

"What happ'ed? Any of yeh've got hurt?" He boomed at us.

"No, I was just having a little fun with Neville here, telling him ghost stories really nothing much." I said, trying to sound as casual as possible.

"Wha' did he do ter yeh Neville?" He shifted his eyes to Neville.

"He ... he ... he said there was a python there ... and ... I panicked ..." Neville stuttered.

"I was only joking. It's not like it's a big deal. He didn't die did he?" I scoffed, rolling my eyes in annoyance.

Though it sort of bothered Neville, I believe he has become more of a man after tonight's experience. So at least thank me.

"Yer lucky he didn' die" Hagrid scolded at me, but honestly I couldn't care less. He should be thanking me. I could've done worst to Neville, but I didn't, instead I only scared him.

"C'mon let's get back ter the others." Hagrid then lead us back to the place where he had left Harry, Hermione and Clarissa to be. Actually I'm the one who should be scolding him. He should be lucky that when he returned to it, Harry, Hermione and Clarissa was still perfectly in one piece. Notice that it's full moon tonight.

"We'll be lucky ter catch anythin' now, with the racket you two are makin'. Right, we're changing groups - Neville, you stay here with me an' Hermione, Harry an' Clarissa, you both go with Fang an' this idiot." He said to us.

"Sorry, but he'll have a harder time frightenin' you, an' we've got to get this done. And Clarissa, just in case they pull a fight, break the fight fer me. I'm countin' on yeh." He whispered to Harry and Clarissa, separately of course. But just because he's a few step away, it doesn't mean his loud voice is hard to hear.

So then we were off, back on our track.

The trees became thicker and thicker as we go deeper into the forest. It clouded the whole night sky. Let's hope there's no werewolves here, in the dark forest.

I've tried to start conversations between the three of us, but they were all cut off by Rude Potter. Apparently, he thinks he was too good to talk to a Slytherin like me.

Clarissa was comforting Fang the whole time. Fang was a pretty tall dog, so she could pat him while she continued walking without looking like she's distorted. But that's not what interest me the most. She liked and understood Fang. It's like as if she could speak dog or something.

Because whenever Fang start to shake and whimper, Clarissa would whisper something and then he'd stop.

Suddenly, Harry stopped walking and pulled his hand out as if to stop someone or something. Well, it didn't work very well. I bumped into it and fell backwards.
