Draco's P.O.V
Her eyes searched upon the crowds, searching for someone. She started to look worried, nervous even. Did that person mean that much to her that she really couldn't live a day without them? She looked around, searching desperately. She cuffed her hand to the frame of her lips and shouted...
It's already been two months since I left home...
I can't believe Quidditch season is starting now! My father told me that there was nothing better than watching the Quidditch games with your house. Cheering out to the winning team, which was obviously going to be Slytherin House.
I was already wearing my Green and Silver scarf around my neck, and my snow hat thing that my mother had sent me the other day. My Quidditch flag was here. Everything was set. All there was to do now was to go down there and watch my first actual Quidditch match.
My father had forbidden me to left the house, as you have probably remembered. And that was the reason why I never got to watch an actual live Quidditch match.
When I entered the Great Hall, minutes later, everybody was already chatty. Especially my peers. Everyone seemed to be in spirit. I looked around happily. This would be the only amazing thing that will ever happen in my life, so why not show a sign of gratefulness? Before everything goes back to being the old self again.
The first match was Slytherin against Gryffindor. I can't wait to see my House's Quidditch team beat our 'rival house'.
I sat down, took a bagel and started to eat it. Oh the feeling is just so wondrous. Such a special beagle on such a special day. Just perfect. And then I washed it down with some milk. The rich taste dripped down the inside of my neck. It felt amazing.
I felt amazing. It was almost as if there was nothing at all that was able to break my happy mood. But of course, as always, I spoke too soon.
Right when I had just set my goblet down, my eyes wandered without permission towards the Gryffindor table. The four of them were sitting together. Ron and Hermione was sitting so that they were facing towards me, which meant that Clarissa and Harry were sitting with their back against me.
They were all pretty much huddled together which means it's hard for me to tell what on earth was going on. But trust me, I have no intention to.
After a while, they all stood up.
I watch as they all left excitedly.
I hate not knowing what in the broomstick is not going around in their little group. But I can bet you galleons that they were probably heading to the Quidditch field to find some decent seats.
I ate another couple bagels, few sausages and a couple cups of milk, then walked out with Crabbe and Goyle following close behind me.
I walked up the wooden stairs that had Green flags hanging on the edges of it, and found a seat somewhere on top.
Not long after, Pansy decided that it was okay for her to sit down next to me, and so that's what she did. God I can't wait for next year, when I don't have to sit on one of these seats and just play without having Pansy here sitting next to me. Why is she so obnoxious?
"Hey Malfoy," she slurred trying to flirt, but failing horribly.
"Are you drunk?" I asked her coldly. I hope she isn't.
