The end my first year came along and soon I was looking around my dorm for the last time for the next two months. I had just put the last of my school books into my trunk and closed the lid shut and locked it, Midnight was in her cage while meowing loudly at me with icy glares.
"Hush Midnight! I will let you out when we get on the train home!" I informed her with an annoyed look just as Belle walked in with a bright smile on her face.
"Ready?"
I looked around the room once more with a sigh and nodded my head slightly.
"Yeah, ready as I'll ever be!" I exclaimed with a small smile and left my trunk and Midnight in the room while I walked towards the Great Hall for one last breakfast at Hogwarts until September.
"You guys take forever, did you know that?" Scorpius whined when we reached the doors to the Great Hall.
I rolled my eyes and Belle gave a small scoff towards him before we walked past the boys and towards our table.
"Hey wait minute!"
"Wait up!"
I smiled at Albus and Scorpius's comments as they rushed up to us and took their places in front of us at the table.
"Good morning everyone, now before we begin I want to say a few last minute words." McGonagall announced with a small smile, which was rare.
"This year has been very memorable for all of us. Every second of everyday I have been able to see all of my students thrive in ways they never thought possible, for the seventh years this is was your final year as a student at Hogwarts. May you have an Excellent life and keep the memories of your years with you always. Now let the feast begin!"
McGonagall sat down and I swear I saw a few tears in her eyes as she wiped them away quicker than they appeared.
Belle had already started on her filled plate of bacon, eggs, toast and grits when I began eating some eggs.
"That was soul touching!" Albus stated with a book in his hands. Scorpius looked at his friend with aouth full of food and then smiled at us.
"It most certainly was! Hi Rose!" His eyes brightened and he quickly swallowed the food in his mouth. Albus looked up and frowned while Belle narrowed her eyes at her lovestruck friend.
"Albus you remember the deal? You don't want our parents to be upset, especially your father." Rose completely ignored Scorp and turned her attention to Albus. He glared at her and nodded.
"Good. Maybe next year you'll finally make the right choices with friends!" She spat before walking off to her table.
"Isn't she great!" Scorpius said making my jaw clench slightly and my grasp tightened on my fork. I prayed that nobody saw my actions but by the look Albus gave me I knew that the prayer didn't work.
"Great? She's a nightmare!" Belle argued and threw a piece of her toast at him. He opened his mouth and caught the piece of flying toast in his mouth with a satisfied smirk. She rolled her eyes and turned to me with an annoyed look.
"Help me out here!"
I held my hands up and shook my head.
"You started it, you can finish it." I said making her slump her shoulders and pout.
The forty-five minutes flew by and soon I was on the train and going back home and away from the castle I learned to call home. The grasslands flew by and I was thinking of my time at this school as a first year, it was absolutely amazing.
"Anna?"
I looked beside me and saw Scorp looking at me with a small smile, which I returned.
"I asked you if it feels wierd? Going home after all these months of being together?" Belle asked with a longing look in her eyes, it would be different to go home after all those adventures we had.
I looked at her and smiled before looking at the boys.
"I'm not going home, not really!" Albus said looking out the window with a smile.
"I agree with Al here!" I informed and pulled out a book.
For the entire ride we joked around and reminded ourselves of the events that occured in our first year.
"Make sure to write to me!" Albus told Belle and I could've sworn I saw her blush, but I guess my eyes were just decieving me.
"You make sure to come over to my house this summer, all of you!" I stated with a laugh.
"We will. And we'll have the best of fun!" Belle laughed.
"Promise?"
"Promise!"-----------------------------------------------------------
Hey guys! Sorry if this was a short chapter. Anna and her gang have finally made it passed their first year, I'm thinking of making Annalise go to Beauxbatons Academy of Magic for her second year since nothing really happens in the actual book until third year. I really hoped you guys liked it!
