Rylees P.O.V:

"Ow." I moaned. I felt dizzy to say the least and not to mention confused.
I recognized the sofa. It was my sofa. At least now I know where I am.  The question is, how the hell did I get here..

I sat up slowly, trying to keep my head from spinning but I was failing miserably. "Ahh damn it." I pressed my hand to my forehead.

"Rylee?" Someone called out. I snapped my head to the direction of the stairs. Everything was hazy I could barely recognize the figure.
"Who's there?" I asked faintly.

He chuckled, sending chills down my spine, "It's me, Riley. You know that."
I gasped to myself and stood.
"Stefan?" He was still hazy but I did see him smile.

"Its about time you got up." He walked over to me. "I don't understand." I shook my head.  "Why are you here?"
"This is my house." He laughed.

"But your humanity." I continued to shake my head. "In tact." He shrugged.
"But how?" Amusement was etched all over his face. "You really are clueless." He laughed. I felt my face scrunch up. That's not something Stefan would say.

"What do you expect?" My voice cracked. "I expected you to be smarter than that, having been raised by the Salvatores, dating a hybrid, and all of the other supernatural advantages handed to you." He shook his head.

The imposter let down her facade and when I saw the brunette I groaned. "God I hope I was drugged or something, you are so not who I wanna see right now." I closed my eyes, praying this would melt away too.

"Actually, little Salvatore, I think you'll be glad to know that I'm here. You see, your brother has a plan." Katherine tisked. "Damon?" I laughed. "Please, do entertain me. His plans never work." I rolled my eyes.

"Actually this one just might." She sat next to me. We were in the boarding house. "You should be proud of him, Riley. He put a lot of work into this one, even came to me." She scolded.

"Doesn't surprise me. He usually resorts to trash." I smirked. "You shouldn't talk. You're with Klaus Mikaelson of all people. You won the junk yard lottery. " She shot back.

"Shut up Katherine. As soon as he hears that you're back, he'll have you torn limb from limb, and I, along with my brothers, will happily watch." I reminded. At that she only laughed.

"That's what you'd think," she chided.
"But actually, he recomended me, he actually handed you right over." She taunted. I tensed, "You're lying, he would never do that." I shook my head.

"He has a motive." She assured. She seemed all too happy about this situation and it had my mind in a fog.
"Just tell me the plan." I huffed, hoping that I'd understand soon because this is just too weird.

"Damon is going to let Stefan know that I 'kidnapped' you," she said, throwing quotation marks around the word kidnapped like it wasn't what she had actually done.

"You took me against my will." I pointed out. "Katherine, that is literally the definition of KIDNAPPING." I shook my head. "I had permission." She protested. "Both your brother, and your boy toy asked me to take you." She added. "I am my own person! They do not own me and I will not be used!" I fumed.

"Not even if it's to get Stefan back?!" She snapped. "Because trust me, Rylee I know by now just how badly you actually want that, so grow the hell up and stop interrupting me!" She barked.

"What is the plan?" I asked calmer this time. "Damon is going to let Stefan know that I am back and that I have taken you. He and Klaus are hoping that Stefan will freak and try to save you, triggering his humanity." She explained. "Do you understand?" She asked, clearly still annoyed.

"I have questions." I nagged. "What?" She grumbled. "One: what are you getting out of this? I know you're not doing it out of the kindness of your heart, you'd need a heart for that, not to mention compassion." I taunted.

She rolled her eyes, "My freedom." She announced. "He's letting me off the hook." She muttered. "Good for you." I quipped. "Question number two: Why the hell is Niklaus so content on getting my brothers humanity back, he didn't seem to mind before." I pointed out. Her composure instantly changed.

The corners of her mouth turned up and her eyes sparked, "He hasn't told you?" She uttered. "Told me what?!" I snapped this time. "There's a cure, Rylee. And Klaus needs your brother in order to find it." She answered instantly.

Before I could ask her anything else or  even call her out we were interrupted by the click of the door opening and then closing.
