Kakashi POV

Today was Kimi's first day at the academy. Normaly she wouldn't start yet but Hokage made at exception since I have to go on missions and I can't be with her all the time yet. Neji will also be at the academy so she won't be alone and after that she'll go with him to train on her Byakugan.

"Kimi, time to wake up." I said as I shook her away. "Go away Hidan-nii, its too early" I was shocked at the name. She must miss them "Kimi, you're almost late to the academy. Wake up" I continued to shake her a little. She then grabbed my arm and threw me to the wall. I grunted in pain and I felt the wall I slammed into crack "Kimi wake up" she stated stirring and she sat up "What is it now? Oh good morning otousan" she said as her eyes landed on me. "Time to change since you're going to the academy now. I'll be on a mission so if I'm not back by sunset then you will stay with Lord Hiashi until I come and pick you up, ok?" I said as walked towards the door in pain and she nodded her head. She went to her room and came out a while later wearing a different kimono. "As cute and adorable as you are in a kimono, you won't be able to fight or move around in it. So tomorrow if I'm here we'll go buy you clothes to wear under your kimono that will help you move and you wont have to fight in your kimono. How does that sound?" I asked and she nodded happily. "Yeah, when I was training with Kisame-nii he would always ruin my kimonos so I always had to buy new ones. But I got better at fighting without ruining my kimono too much." She said and I nodded.

I carried her to the academy. "Otousan can we get dangos on out way there?" "Sure thing Kimi, we'll also get you some lunch for later" she nodded and we went to the store. After we got her dangos and lunch for later we headed to the academy. She was late already so I decided to walk her to class. We went to her class and I saw her teacher.

~At the same time in the Akatsuki hideout~

Konan POV

I was in Kimi's room sad because she was taken from us. I had news to tell her when she got back but she never came. Kakuzu gave me a scroll that happened to drop from her pouch when she was taken, I couldn't bring myself to open it yet. Soon the others came in as well to see how I was doing. I haven't left this room since Kakuzu came back yesterday to tell us the news.

"Konan, you can't keep being sad about this. We'll get her back, I promise" Nagato said and hugged me. "How can they do this though. Take her from us." I kept crying because I miss her so much. "We'll get her back even if we have to take her from them" Sasori said and I nodded in thanks "I think we should open her scroll now. I won't have the strength to do it later." They nodded and out came a hologram of Kimi.

Hello everyone. If you're seeing this then I should be gone by now. Don't blame anyone for me being taken. You guys have been amazing to me and I love you guys so much. I am happy in the Leaf beside the lock in my memory opened. My mom wanted me here with the ones she called family. You guys will always be my family but I have to give the life she wanted me to have a try. Konan-sama, you have been an amazing mother to me and I'm sorry that I have been unable to call you okaasan. But no one can take my mother's place. But I have always thought that my mother would treat me as you have. With love and care. Pain-sama, you are an amazing father. I am also truly sorry that I was unable to call you otousan. Kisame-nii I still want those sword lessons. Tobi-kun and Zetsu- kun can you guys try to get along. Sasori-nii and Deidara-nii the next time you guys go at it can you do it somewhere else away from the hideout, we don't need to hear Deidara-nii moaning.

We lokked at them and they blushed like hell but Sasori hid it best.
