Cheaters Never Win

Zayn’s POV:

I woke up and it looked horrible outside. It was thundering, lightning, rain was pouring like crazy, so I knew that everyone was going to be staying in today.

I looked down and Ariana wasn’t there anymore. I knew she didn’t really like thunderstorms so who knows where she could have been. I grabbed my phone from out of my jean pocket and checked for any messages.

Harry: Where are you? Don’t do anything I would do!

Demi: Thanks for taking care of her last night Zayn.

Doniya: Miss you back home! Xx

Perrie: I miss you babe (:

Ariana: Thanks Zayn. I went to your room to grab you some clothes and stuff. I’m downstairs grabbing something to drink. Xx

Well at least I knew where she was. I saw my clothes sitting on the side of the bed. I grabbed t and got ready for the day.

Ariana’s POV:

Thank God I had Zayn last night. He made me feel so much better about everything. I knew I could confide in him with things. He just….i don’t know.

I wonder how things would feel if I hadn’t chose Nathan again that day at school. I pushed the thought out of my head and grabbed Zayn and I some coffee.

“Had fun last night?” I turned around and seen Naya giving me a smirk.

“Naya I swear to you, nothing happened. I just needed someone there who understood. And Zayn is that person. I don’t know what to do anymore.” I sighed and sat by her at the table.

She took my hand and held it tight. “I know. Ariana, I’ve been working with you girls for a year now. I know each of you like the back of my hand. And I know you. You’re not in love with Nathan. You’re just staying with him because you think he’s the only one out there for you.” Naya said in a soft voice.

I loved Naya. When she didn’t have to act like our publicist, she was like our other mother. She kept us going when our parents weren’t around. She knew the right things to say to get you to realize what you needed and not what you wanted.

“I know Naya. Its just that, what I want right now I cant have Its harsh.” I sighed and drunk my coffee.

“Ariana, I have  boyfriend. And to be honest, I don’t love him. I know its horrible to play with someone’s emotions, but the spark just left and I cant hurt him. Then…this other guy came along, and he’s amazing. The sad part in my story? Im scared to hurt both of them. I could either in a three year relationship with one to go to another guy that my feelings are growing stronger for, or stay with the one im with knowing I love the other one more… and Mark’s an amazing guy.” She said with a smile on her face.

It didn’t click for me till a couple seconds after she said it.

“So you do like Mark?” I said with a smile on my face. She laughed and nodded her head.

“But do you know what I chose?” she said putting her phone on the table. I shook my head.

“I chose to go with the guy that my feelings grew stronger for so I wont be leading anyone on for another year while im away. I know you’re in love with Zayn. But you cant have him till he settles things with himself and Perrie first. Be friends, that’s the only thing you guys have right now.”

“Its hard Naya.” I sighed.

“Its management babe. If I was involved in it, I would allow you to date whoever you want. But they want you and Nathan to look like high school sweethearts and Zayn to look like he would date a normal person; not just a celebrity. Now go upstairs with the others.” She laughed and walked back to her room.
