What is considered a purpose of writing? Is it for the enjoyment or the accomplishment of finishing a story?
What is my purpose specifically? I haven't a clue, I feel like I'm going in circles all the time. I want to bring enjoyment from my writing, I want that to be my purpose. A purpose of joy, merriment and a glorious smile. I want my purpose to feel deep emotions that course through your veins almost effortlessly.
Definition: An author's purpose is the reason an author decides to write about a specific topic. Then, once a topic is selected, the author must decide whether their purpose for writing is to inform, persuade, entertain, or explain his ideas to the reader.
