Chapter 1

Ken POV

I am Ken, no last name and one of the 12 Guardians of Reja. I am the youngest of the Guardians but that doesn't mean I am weak.

Just as I walk past the garden, someone tapped me on my shoulder. I turned around and saw Genos, one of the Guardians.

"The King wishes to see us all in the Table of Kings" with that he left as soon as he finished.

The Table of Kings is a specific table or room where commonly meetings are held for us Guardian. If meetings are conducted by other than us, we use the room of Knights wherein we have conduct duels and also use it as a meeting place for outsiders.

If one false move is made by the person, he or she, whether royalty or nobles deals with a fake reality wherein the person will be unconscious for 1 month but will suffer from having a realistic dream that will hurt the person while dreaming but their body is untouched. Your worst fears will appear during the process and after 1 month, you will be unable to utter any word about our Kingdom or any information that person has about us.

I knocked on the door and entered. All the Guardians are seated in their respective seats as our King sat on the top middle of the table. (The King is not sitting ON the table.)

"Now we are complete, Sound Barrier" Rai, also a Guardian used Sound Barrier to make our meeting go nicely without any eavesdroppers

"I called you all here to tell you that my nephew is coming and I will leave the kingdom in a week"

Seraj POV

"I called you all here to tell you that my nephew is coming and I will leave the kingdom in a week," I said and the whole room silenced

"Your Majesty, what do you mean nephew?" Rai asked confused

"Your Majesty, you told us that you have no siblings. How come you have a nephew?" Sephiroth asked

"I told you I'm from that place and yes you are correct at that. I have no sibling by blood but I have a brother who is a friend of mine" I said calmly

"Your Majesty, what is the name of your nephew?" Ken asked cutely

I smiled softly as I heard them gasp.

"His name is......Alladin"

'She is SMILING?! It's been so long since we saw her smile genuinely !? It's been so long since she showed us that smile!!'

"I will leave Shun and Genos in charge of the palace while I'm away. Sephiroth, Gilgamesh, Zelus, you coming with me. Sho, Rai, Seth, you will be in charge of the defense mechanism as well as bring in charge with my Dragons. The rest will do the same duty. Once I leave, use the Wall of Tartarus around the kingdom." I said looking serious again.

"Understood, Your Majesty"

"By the way, Genos, did you finish it?" I asked him

"Yes, Your Majesty" he showed me his creation

It is a four-sided blade (shuriken) the size of your palm but when magoi is applied and with some command spells, the blade will hunt your enemy by just looking for heat signatures but if you're not attacking a creature or human then you can just command it to lock on its target and will hit it with 8 times strong.

The blade also has a gem in the middle wherein the magoi is kept and activated when you infuse it with your own. Once you use it to attack a human, it will chase it until it kills them. An additional trait of that is another certain command spell and the blade can clone out 1,000 to 10,000 blades as long as the user has a great amount of magoi.

"Ohh, you finished it," Ken said admiring his work

"It did take time but it is worth it" Nemesis said who is drinking his wine

"It may not be enough but it is fine" Rido shrugged his shoulders

"Mind if I test it later?" Strife asked while he is cleaning his metal vessel as Genos nodded.

"Well then, since you are all fine with it. Dismiss" I stood as they follow in suit then bowed as I left

Zelus POV

"Her smile, it been so long since she smiled like that" Kheil said smiling slightly

"Yeah, ever since THAT happened, she stopped smiling like that" Sho said while Shun, Seth, and Rai nodded

"I guess we should also protect Alladin then," Sephiroth said who said it seriously

"If Alladin is her happiness then, we should protect him as we do to our Emperor," Gilgamesh said looking at his fist

"Well then, we'll do it and avoid it to happen again to her," I said expressionlessly as they all nodded

We won't let your happiness fade, Your Majesty.

Even if it kills us, just to see you smiling again, it is worth the price.

You are our light, our savior and you are the only one who accepted us for what we are.

We won't let the same mistake happen again.

We failed before but all you did is to stop us from blaming ourselves.

We won't give up this time.
