Chapter 16

Sinbad POV

I stare at Yunan with eyes wide filled with fear. It is my first time to see him get mad and it is terrifying.

"Y-yunan, I know that I made a mistake and I am trying to apologise to he-"

"Yes, You did begged for her forgiveness but at the same time, you are trying to take it as an advantage. Sinbad, you are not worthy to be with her" He coldly stated as I froze at what he just said

'I'm not worthy?'

"Darling, let's go" Yunan approached Seraj and took her hand gently. She nodded as the Guardians follwed them in suit.

I watch them leave, still thinking about what he had said.

"If I'm not worthy, then I'll be the King of the whole world if I have to prove it to her that I am worthy enough that even the gods will envy me" staring down at the ground. My eyes were filled with determination and anger.

"Anyone who dares to oppose me shall be disposed off. Who may it be"

(I am so sorry if there are any Sinbad fans here and I have treaated him like a criminal of some sort but it is just...his ways are irritating. I do not hate him nor like him and my sis Jade personally hates him. I am just going with the flow by just sticking with his atittude, the sly controlling snake? Wut? Anyways you got my idea.

Seraj POV

I stayed silent so as Zelus and Strife. I'm pretty sure they are shocked like me, well...it is the first time we see him get mad.

And if you're thinking why am I not worried for Sinbad? Well...I am not that kind towards people who takes advantage of me and neither will my family and friends.

"Darling, I am sorry for how I acted earlier. I am just...mad at him. I heard from Genos that he nearly took advantage of you and I was still near your borders. I came immediately after hearing it and looked for you" he said quietly as we continued to walk

I smiled slightly and looked back at Zelus and Strife.

"There is no need for apology. I understand why you did it and I am grateful that you stopped him from saying anything any further. I thank you, Yunan" I kissed his cheek as Zelus glared at Yunan who had a light blush on his cheeks. Strife smiled at the scene in front of him and thought of it as silly. All of the older Guardians have feelings for their King and so as Princes and Warriors. It is fun to watch them fight for their older sister/King.

"Y-y-you're w-w-we-welcome" Yunan looked away from me but continued to hold my hand. At the back, I can feel Zelus glaring at the Magi.

3 days later

"Sinbad, the teleportation circle is ready" I said without looking at him as I read the letter that the Emperor sent me.

"Alright, uh do I go first?"

"Yes and after that, your Generals will follow"

"Your Majesty, I uh am quite feeling unwell. Will it be alright if we sent Spartos instead of me?" Yamraiha said

I quirked a brow before looking at her. She is slouching and breathing hard. It must be the dragon scales that caused her to be ill.

"Alright. Gilgamesh, accompany General Yamraiha back to Sindria then give her the antidote. The X-antidote and explain the situation to Sinbad's advisor" I nodded at Gilgamesh who bowed and dissappeared with Yamraiha
