Spoiler Alert:
I love these two. And I know that they are married characters in the show but still. They are amazing and I wish the show didnt end. But CW said they didnt get enough ratings or views to continue the show.
Anyways, Vincent saved Catherine but wasnt able to save Cat's mom when Murfield attacked them both (meaning Murfield attacked Catherine and her mom). Everyone thought that Cat's "beast" was a figment of her imagination because of her concussion. But when she gets Vincent's finger prints on the buttons of a dead women she figures out that he was the beast that saved her. And that is where their love began.
