Raymond and Sylvia are found seated in Happy food eatery located at Marian road. They've been served with their orders. Sylvia was served salads and fried meats. While Raymond was having hamburger and chivita juice.

They ate in silence for the first five minutes. Sylvia then decided to start up a conversation.

"Baby?",-she called and paused for him to respond.

"Hmm?". Ray answered but his face was still down.

"Uhmm.... Who was the lady you traveled with?". She asked eyeing him.

Ray choked from the juice he was sipping and started coughing.

"Baby, are you OK?". Sylvia asked rubbing his back for him to feel better.

"Ugh... Yeah.... I'm fine." He said in the middle of coughing.

"OK. Sorry. Are you sure you're better now or you need water?". She asked again holding his arm this time around.

"Don't worry. I'm fine. Thanks." He replied flashing her a smile and sitting upright. 'Oh boy. That question almost got me freezing. But seriously speaking, shouldn't I use this opportunity to tell her about Jasmine? After all that was the reason I called her her here. No... It wouldn't be right to just tell her right away. She might think the lady I traveled its the reason why I'm calling it off. But, there's no much time left still, the earlier I tell her the better for both of us. Oops, what should I do?. Ray wandered of thoughts and grunted.

"Baby? Are you OK? What's going on? It looks like something is bothering you. Tell me,what is it? Besides you told me you have something you want to say to me, so I'm all ears". She said staring at him.

"Yea...no. I mean no,nothing is wrong. I'm just.....a...bit...stressed out. Yeah I'm stressed out." He replied stuttering.

Sylvia eyebrow furrow. "Stressed out?". She asked.

"Yeah. You know I just came back from a trip and I haven't had a good rest yet." He said.

"Hmm. Are you sure? But why am I having a feeling that you are hiding something from me?". She questioned.

"C'mon Sylv. Please just stop it already. I'm not hiding anything, let's drop this topic before it gets more serious." He said and had a big bite of his burger.

"Fine." She said raising her hands in surrender and dropped it back on the table. "So, let's talk about our engagement. When should we fix the date?". She asked with a big grin.

Ray rolled his eyes and huff. He was mute for some seconds and then he said. "I don't know. I'll think about it. Or you can pick a date." He said numbly without any excitement in his voice.

"Really? I can pick a date? Wow. You're so sweet." She replied excitedly and stood up stretching her lips to kiss him on his lips.

Instead of Raymond to respond to her kiss ,he cleared his throat and rested his back on the chair making Sylvia to sit back.

"What was that about?". Sylvia asked glaring at him with a frown.

"What?". He asked taking a sip of his glass of juice and avoiding her gaze.

"C'mon, Ray. Don't even give me that pretentious look. Why didn't you accept my kiss?". She whisper-yelled.

"C'mon Sylv, we are out here and people might be staring at us like we engrossing ourselves into sin for just sharing a kiss. That's why I withdrew from you." Ray replied.

"That's bullshit. I mean who gives a damn that we are kissing? Just tell me you don't want to kiss me back and I'll take it instead of that silly excuse." She snapped at him.
