Matt asks Lita out

Matt's POV

Me and Lita got back to the arena and we went to our locker rooms I sorted everything out and when I was done I walked to the lunch room and waited for Lita.

Lita's POV

I got to my locker room and I brushed my hair since it was a little messy I then walked out of mine and Trish's locker room I headed to the lunch room I saw Matt.

Lita: hey

Matt: hey you ready?

Lita: yeah

We walked out of the arena and headed to Matt's rental car and we got in his car and then he drove off.

Matt's POV

I drove to the fair first because I know that both Trish and Lita love the fair next it will be to the beach for a picnic after that it will be a walk in the park and then hopefully she says yes when I ask her.

Lita: where are we going?

Matt: you'll see

I parked up and Lita smiled and she got out I got out after and walked over to her we had fun went on loads of rides and played games.

I then thought now is a good time so we walked away from the fair Lita was carrying a monkey that I won her anyway we went to the beach.

Lita: why are we at the beach?

Matt: you'll see

Then we reached the blanket with the picnic on.

Lita: did you plan this?

Matt: *nods* yeah

We sat down and ate and we were talking.

Lita: it's getting late we better get back to the hotel

Matt: wait

Lita: what's wrong?

Matt: Lita I.... 

Lita: *confused* you?

Matt: I umm I like you a lot Lita and I was wondering if you would be my girlfriend

I looked at Lita and she had the 'process everything'.

Matt: I'm sorry

Lita: yes I'd love to be your girlfriend

Matt: really?

Lita: *nods* 

I kissed her and she kissed back we pulled away because of my phone I sighed and answered it.

*Phone convo*

Matt: hi Jeff

???: it's not Jeff

Matt: Trish

Trish: yup Jeff is in his hotel room he just left his phone with me

Matt: are you okay?

Trish: I'm fine 

Matt: when did you get out of the hospital?

Trish: they let me out early 

Matt: oh do you want me to tell Lita?

Trish: sure 

Matt: okay 

Trish: how did it go? Did she say yes?

Matt: she did thanks Trish I owe you one 

Trish: it was nothing besides you two are meant to be
