Owen and Ally left Claire with Maisie
They had to find a way to stop that... thing from leaving the building.
"Where are we going?" Ally asked as she followed close behind her brother.
"There has to be a power box somewhere around here" Owen muttered, more to himself than Ally.
They'd reached an empty corridor, dark coloured pipes covered one section of the wall and on the other... power boxes!
"There!" Ally pointed.
Owen ran over and began flipping at the numerous switches, trying to figure out which one killed the power.
Owen could sense his sisters unease, but he couldn't quite pinpoint what was bothering her the most
Her daughter was basically being held hostage
Her ex-husband had recently died
They were almost bbq'd on the island
Or maybe it was their dad
He couldn't take it anymore
"Alright, tell me... what's wrong?" He asked, pulling the small hatch door shut.
Ally looked up at him with great remorse, she wished she'd stayed in touch with her brother... but she was too busy trying to find her own way in life to let anyone else in.
"Everything is just one big fuck up! I should never of gone to that island in the first place" she whispered, afraid she'd break down into tears if she spoke normally.
"I dragged you into it
I dragged dad into it
I dragged Clair into it
I dragged Billy into it
And now I dragged my own daughter into it all" she paused as she tried desperately to hold back her tears
"What is wrong with me?!" She whimpered.
Even though there was only five minutes between the two siblings, Owen always stood as the big and caring older brother.
He put his arm around his sisters shoulder and pulled her into him, she whimpered slightly as a few tears ran down her cheeks.
"We'll get through this, we'll figure something out... and when we get out of here" he pulled away to look her in the eye
"We'll find the old man and we'll sent things straight"
The two siblings chuckled lightly, as Owen placed at delicate kiss to Ally's forehead.
But there caring moment was cut short by the ding of an elevator door.
They turned and watched as the doors opened, but there was no one there.
Ally released a sigh of relief, but that sigh was quickly transformed into sharp gasp.
The siblings spun around upon hearing a massive crash from behind them.
The Stygimoloch shook it's armored head before it took in the sight of the two humans.
