"They was so easy!" You say as you and Spider-Man swing/fly away from the bank riders you just stoped

"I know right!" He says "hey let's stop here

You land on a rooftop high over New York and sit down "it was fun but now I'm hungry as fuck" you laugh

"Why don't we get some street food?"Spider-Man asked

"Alright but you're  paying I don't have any money on me" you say

"Great what do you want? There is a really good hotdog Stand not far from here" he said standing up and offering you a hand

"Hotdogs it is!" You exclaim taking his hand

"Jesus your cold" Spider-Man says

"What do you expect genius?" You say sarcastically

"Ha your like a friend of mine she's always cold but it never bothers her, it's crazy!" He laughed

"Haha do you not like the cold?" You ask innocently

"Nah I like to be warm"

"How very dare you sir" You say with a hand on your chest in mock offence "that is insulting to my element!"

"Alright chill! Haha get it?"

"What is with you and the puns man?" You say punching his shoulder

"It's just me" says as he walks to the other side of the building "alright just follow me" then he jumps of and swings away as you follow just behind

*Time skip to after you got the hotdogs*

"Man those are good" you say as you pull down your mask being carful spider man doesn't see your face

"Yeah and that place is open really late so it's great when my patrols end up longer than expected

At that point his phone rings

"Sorry gotta take this it's mr stark"

"Don't worry about it" You say

"Hey mr stark"he says

"Where the hell are you young man?!its 6:30!" The voice you can only assume was Tony Stark said

"Don't worry in with cold front - you know the superhero on the news with ice powers?" Spider man replied

"Oh that one yeah didn't she take down a terrorist with nat and Clint a while back?" He asked

"Yeah that's the one" spider man said looking at you apologetically

"Alright well can you come home in and hour or something Steve said you need to do homework" mr stark said

" uh alright" spider man said

There was a pause on the end of the line and muffled talking then mr stark spoke up

"Oh and is it ok if you pick up some pop tarts for Thor he is throwing a fit because Clint stole the last ones"

"Sure thing mr stark" spider man said

"Okay see you soon then kid" mr stark said

"Bye" spider man said and hung up

" so the god of thunder is a fan of pop tarts?" You ask with a laugh

" yeah he can't get enough of them" Spider-Man said with a laugh

"Ha that's funny" you said

"Yeah and Clint, Hawkeye whatever always steals them for a laugh and it never ends well" he said with a chuckle

You laugh "well I best be off I've got some homework too" You say as you stand up"

"Alright" he says as he stands up as well "Oh and one more thing" he says before you take off

"Yes?" You ask

"Can you make, like, snow?" He asked and you can sense his excitement

" I don't know I never really tried" You say "worth a shot"

You held you arms you and pictured white fluffy snow and were surprised when it shot out of your hands and landed in a huge pile

"COOL" spider man yelled as he ran towards the pile and jumped in

"Huh that is cool" You say grinning you put your arms out again and make a huge pile fall on him

"Hey no fair!" He yelled from underneath the pile

You laugh and fly away to find you backpack and walk home
