section 24 - same day same moon

At BTS's next concert they played, Jungkook was backstage, his heart beating and his body sweating from exhaustion. His heart was heavy; he missed Yeri and Jung Hwa more than anything.

As Taehyung passed, he stopped him, asking, "Have you heard from Yeri? Have the girls said anything about her?"

He shook his head with a small, confused pout across his lips. "No. How come?"

"She's not answering me. I've texted her twice and called her too."

"Jungkook, I'm sure she's fine. She's probably just tired from being a new mom and all that. Joohyun got like that after each of our babies were born for a while."

"Yes, but we're not necessarily new parents anymore. Jung Hwa just turned two not too long ago. He was born a year ago already."

"Still. She may be sleeping or showering or making dinner or something. Relax, Jeongguk. She's okay. Trust me." Taehyung patted his shoulder comfortingly and then continued to walk past him, getting a drink before they went on stage. Jungkook sighed, running his hands through his hands through his hair.

He was halfway across the world away from her and she wasn't answering any of his texts or missed calls. How was he supposed to not worry? After all, it wasn't like if there was something wrong that he was close enough he could go home to check things out and make sure everything was alright.

Jungkook rubbed his eyes, trying to clear his vision from the tears surfacing, and walked towards the entrance to the stage. Then he got an idea. He could FaceTime her, to show her a little snippet of the concert and all of the armys that were there because she couldn't make it. Maybe then she would pick up, by chance.

As he waited for the FaceTime to load, he went out on stage with the rest of them and Yeri answered as all of the fans started to scream loudly, and he saw her beam and wave happily. "Jeongguk! Annyeong! I miss you!"

"Saranghae, jagiya," he made a heart with his fingers and blew a kiss with them, winking. Jungkook panned to the crowd and lowered his phone. "I'll talk to you tonight."

He hung up reluctantly, and then they continued the show, so that no one would ever know about the two of them.
