"Jungkookie. Wake up," Yeri urged her husband, anxiously shaking him early one morning. "Jungkook, please. You have to see this," she cried, tears escaping her eyes. As soon as it all registered in his head, he shot up, holding her face and breathing fast, asking if everything was okay and what was wrong.

"What, jagiya? What is it? Do you feel sick?" he asked her quickly, pressing his palm against her forehead. He looked down at her stomach. "Are you having contractions? Please don't say you are, it would be too early —"

"No, Ggukie. Look," she whined as she pushed her phone into his hand.

Jungkook glanced over it and scrolled in horror as a long list of articles showed up full of netizen-taken pictures of he and Yeri recently at the beach, at the grocery store, out walking, out shopping, and even at their home from outside.

"Yerim..... we have to move, jagiya."

As Jungkook stacked up the boxes in the living room, hair and his face and skin sweating all over the places, he wiped his forehead with the back of his hand and sighed, out of breath from all the heavy lifting. He went to the kitchen to grab a glass of water and chugged it, also a little dehydrated.

He was exhausted and super tired, his muscles strained and his body aching, but they had to get out of there and not make it obvious in two days' time. They were staying with Joohyun and Taehyung, and would get to their house at around two in the morning because they had to leave their own place early to stay hidden. They had to be stealthy and quiet, or else they would get caught, and it didn't help that Yeri couldn't move very fast at the moment because of her big pregnant belly.

Yeri was sleeping at the moment on their bed, and he went in there to check on her. She was on her side, her expression peaceful and her breathing calm and steady. He smiled a little, skimming her smooth, soft cheek with his thumb. "I'm sorry that it has to be this way, jagiya. If I had any power or choice in this all, I would change it. I hate that we have to live in secret."

Jungkook kissed her temple right by the end of her eyebrow gently, her soft skin brushing against his smooth lips. Then he shifted down to her stomach and kissed her side, resting his hand over her middle. "Everything's going to be okay, baby Jeon. It's okay. Appa and Eomma will take the best care of you," he whispered. He stood up, breathing out, tears in his eyes as he stood there by their bedroom door. It wouldn't be their bedroom anymore. He hated it more than anything; the way they had to live.

But those were the sacrifices he had to make for the love of his life, and Yeri agreed. They also both agreed that it was so worth it.
