Maybe the green top? No…maybe the stripes are better…but they don’t go with my brown shorts…I don’t wanna wear my flats! But maybe heels would be over kill…If I went with high heels though they’d bring out the color of my bangle…I could wear an anklet with flats though…but I don’t think I have any. Can I still fit this vest? A vest? Seriously?
“Gah!” I gripped my hair and frowned.
“What’s wrong with you?” Rynn was lying on my bed reading a magazine while propping up his head with an arm wearing nothing but a white V-Neck T, dark blue jeans and some white socks with a new black thick band ring on his middle finger, his perfect hair all over the place.
“Uh, hello? Have you forgotten? We’re meeting Roberta and Lukas in about 40 minutes?”
“Tch…” He flipped the vogue magazine with a cringe on his gorgeous face. “I didn’t forget. Do you humans really do things like…what was it? Double dating?” He raised an eyebrow at an odd lip gloss add then sighed.
“Yes. We do. They’re lots of fun.” Well, I remember always hearing they were fun. I mean, if you put away the competition of love and affection then yeah, it’s great fun. Rynn will be oozing with jealousy.
For those of you who wanna know, remember the last chapter where I said something about double dating?
After I set Rynn up with a T.V. show I know he knew nothing about, Lukas played the part of the awkward boyfriend who felt like he was intruding on Rynn’s territory, spot on given he’s a cat, and left, leaving me to clean the kitchen with my mom.
I talked to him at the doorway about the double date idea and he really liked it, so the next morning, I attacked.
-Wednesday Morning-
“Double date?” Roberta hugged her books as she followed beside me. “Wait…the rumors about you and Lukas are true?” She raised an eye brow.
“Well, no. Not exactly. We met, re-met, then he asked me out on the roof.” I smiled as we strolled into class where Rynn was frowning and looking out the window.
Lukas raised his buff arm to me and cheesed. “Hey Tori!”
Rynn’s eyebrow twitched then Roberta grinned awkwardly at me.
“That sounds cool actually. Rynn?!” She scurried over to his desk after putting her books down on hers. This sight isn’t exactly making me smile, I hate it. I mean, I want to be the one to run to him like that. Asking him, my boyfriend to go on a double date with me.

Oh I’m so shameless! Haha.
Focus! Now’s not the time to be daydreaming. I have work to do.
“A double…date? No.” Rynn sighed then opened his book.
Roberta awkwardly giggled then shrugged at me when Lukas appeared beside me. “No? Ok…Tori, where’d you wanna go since it’s just us?”
Huh?
“Oh…uh…” I guess that failed…
