Plot
Mackenzie Ziegler is a rising singer, especially after her albums with Hayden Summerall. However, despite the happy face she puts on social media, she struggles with crippling depression. Getting a depression counselor was one of the most difficult things to accept, but it blessed her...with more than just happiness. It found her love.

Disclaimer: I do ship Jenzie with my whole heart, but this is only a fanfiction written for fun, and I don't wish to force Johnny and Kenzie to date. Their friendship is the most precious thing alive right now, and I'd rather them stay friends right now than date and risk ruining their friendship :)
Also, I'm putting little snippets from songs at the beginning of the chapters. They're all amazing songs, which I recommend, especially if you've never heard of them before.
