Taking it easy

Keith's POV

I woke up and Y/N was still sleeping. He/she looked so cute when he/she was asleep. Y/N rolled onto her back and yawned while he/she said good morning. "Good morning beautiful" I said as I gave her a good morning kiss. His/her lips were so soft. Y/N's face turned a light shade of pink, he/she was so cute. I grabbed my shirt and jacket off the ground and put it on. I passed Y/N her shirt but she noticed there was a giant hole in it. "Can I borrow one of your shirts  today" Y/N asked as she tilted his/her head to the side. "Sure" I said as I opened one of the drawers. I gave her a red shirt with a white paw print on it. It was a bit big for him/her but he/she looked adorable.

We started walking to the dinning room where we saw Shiro, Lance and Hunk sitting at the table eating a bowl of food goo. "Good morning guys" Y/N said while waving at the three of them. "Morning" Hunk replied as I gave a bowl of food goo to Y/N. "So uh Keith can I talk to you for a minute" Lance said while gesturing outside of the room. "Fine". I said as I walked into the hallway.

Lance looked down at the floor when he started to speak. "Keith, I'm sorry for the way I've been acting. I know you and Y/N are really good together but I was just really jealous because he/she's never looked at anyone the way she looked at you. Y/N is really important to me and I just want the best for her. So I hope you can forgive me". Lance looked like he was about to cry. "Look I know that we don't like each other, but I know that Y/N cares for you and likes you a lot. I accept your apology but" before I said anything else I pushed him up against the wall and put my arm against his throat. "Don't ever harm Y/N or even try to touch her the way I do ever again or I swear I will torture you for the rest of your life.

I walked back into the room and sat down beside Y/N. Shiro knew that I did something outside with Lance and he didn't like it. "Keith do you want some food". I heard Y/N ask from beside me. "No I'm ok" I replied before I put my arm around Y/N. Lance ran back into the room and yelled for Hunk to come to the control room with him and Pidge. He soon walked out of the room with Lance and Shiro started to speak. "Keith what did you and Lance talk about in the hallway". "Oh he just apologized for the way he acted" I replied trying not to say anything that would give him any more information. "Did you accept his apology" Y/N asked as he/she looked at me with his/her big E/C eyes. "Yes I did and we won't be doing anything else that would effect the others" I lied so I wouldn't have to tell them what I did. Y/N smiled and leaned on me. He/she looked really happy from what I just said. "Well that's great, I'm going to the training deck are you two coming". "No I'm really tired" Y/N said as she yawned. "Yeah me too. I think I'm just gonna take it easy today". I said before I stood up and started walking back to my room with Y/N.

I opened my door and as soon as Y/N saw the bed he/she fell onto it. I could tell she was really tired. "Keith are you going to rest a bit" he/she said as his/her eyes were half open. "Yeah I'm just going to check something for a minute" I said before putting my jacket over Y/N's shoulders. He/she smiled as he/she closed his/her eyes. I left the room and walked over the Lances to see if he was there.

"Come in" he said as I opened the door. "Oh hey Keith what's up" he said while sitting on his bed. "Oh just walking around the castle a bit. I just wanted to say sorry for earlier. I got mad so sorry" I said as I leaned against the wall. "Oh ok did you want anything else". He asked as I walked over to him and sat down on the bed. "I'm just unsure about something". I said as he looked at me. "What are you unsure of" Lance questioned. "I'm unsure of being a father".
