Keith's POV

I stormed out of the room pushing y/n and everyone else out of my way. I heard her start screaming and sobbing as I stopped in my tracks. I heard her fall to the floor screaming in pain. What is wrong with me, why did I do that. I thought to myself trying to keep moving forward. I don't even know what to think at this point. I felt a hand on my shoulder before turning around to see Shiro. "What." I said in an angry tone. I saw that Lance ran in the room to y/n. I looked Shiro dead in the eye and glared at him. "Keith just do what you think is right." Shiro said with a smile. I was shocked for a second but before I could say anything he turned around and ran onto the training deck with Pidge and Hunk.

I turned around and clenched my fists while walking down the hallway. I was walking to a pod when I heard footsteps from behind me. I turned around and saw everyone...but y/n. Shiro walked up to me and hugged me, the others doing the same a few seconds later. When everyone let go I saw Coran, Hunk and Pidge crying. I smiled but I wasn't feeling happy.

I looked up behind the group and saw y/n, her eyes and cheeks were red. There was bite marks on her fingers. Her body was shaking, her hair was messy and her head hung low. I looked at the ground before I started walking towards a pod. I stopped in my track when I felt someone's hand on my wrist. I turned around to see y/n gritting her teeth holding back tears. "D-don't leave me." She stuttered our. I saw a tear fall down her face. I put my hand in her cheek but she turned away.

Your POV

Keith put his hand on my cheek but I turned away so he couldn't. I never let go of his wrist, I just held it until something happened. "Remember this morning, when we were walking to the training deck and you started dancing with me. I cried because I knew that I loved you and I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you, that's why I married you Keith! I felt like we could live peacefully! Just me you and the kids! But when you said you were going to leave us.....leave me, it felt like the one thing I loved more then anything and let myself trust with my whole heart, betrayed me! You hurt me Keith! It broke my heart, my heart is shattered because of you! I thought that I wouldn't have to say this but please don't leave! If you leave then you'll just break my heart even more! Keith I love you, I don't care if you already know that but....I, I can't, I cant live without! D-don't love me! Don't leave! JUST STAY WITH ME!" At this point I was on my knees crying. "please." I couldn't stop crying.

I was on my knees and I let go of Keith's hand. I felt arms wrap around me, I didn't know who's they were until I saw the colour of Keith's red jacket. I sobbed into his chest and grabbed onto his shirt. I couldn't take it anymore. I didn't want any of this to happen. I just wanted it to be the same, but I knew it wasn't going to be. Anything could change. Keith could leave and fall in love with someone else, I could fall in love with someone else, Keith could hurt me again, I could hurt Keith, Keith could die, I could die. Anything's possible.

"Look Keith I know we aren't in a good place right now and I'm sorry for starting it, but don't leave, if you leave we could stop loving each other, you could get hurt one of us could do-" "don't ever say that y/n. Don't ever." Keith cut me off. I stopped crying and looked up at him. "Please Y/N, calm down, no ones gonna die ever. I won't let anything happen to you. Im sorry for losing it earlier. I want the same things you want." Keith said as he helped me stand. "Yeah but your gonna leave, your gonna leave me so how is everything going to be the same." I said while holding his hands in mine. He looked over his shoulder before smiling. "Y/N, I know you don't want me to leave but I have to." He said as he looked into my e/c eyes. "But you don't have to you can stay and-" "shhh, y/n. Nothing going to change ok." He said while letting go of my hands.

I started to cry again. I tried to run out of the room but he stopped me by grabbing my hand. "Y/N I won't fall in love with anyone else cause you have my heart. I love you y/n I won't ever stop loving you." My eyes widened at his last words. "I can't stop loving you, your the one person who makes me feel like I'm worth something, your the one person who cared to ask if I was alright, your the one person who saw the love behind my walls. Your my everything y/n I love you." I turned around and kissed him. It was a long passionate kiss that I didn't want to end but it did. He wrapped me in a hug before stepping in his pod. I smiled at him before he closed the door and flew off into space.

I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked to see Shiro. "You did the right thing y/n." Shiro said before I hugged him. "Thank you Shiro." I said before I let go. "You ok y/n?" Pidge asked with a concerned look. I nodded and smiled. "Of course I am. I'm in a happy place." I said before I walked out of the room. "Anyone want to see some babies." I said before everyone's faces light up. I smiled and just thought I'm loved.
