Keith's POV

Lance looked completely shocked at what I said. He started looking at the floor before speaking again. "Well everyone is unsure about being a parent when this happens". He said trying to cheer me up. "I know but we are just teenagers, how will we raise a child in space. How will I be a father". I said starting to get frustrated. "Look I think your just going to have to talk with Y/N about this because I don't know what else to say. Plus it's better that you tell him/her about this and not just leave it to yourself". Lance said before opening his door. I stood up and walked out of his room and back to mine.

When I entered my room I saw Y/N asleep on the bed. I walked over to him/her and brushed her hair out of her face. His/her eyes started opening after a few minutes. "Hi" Y/N said smiling. "Hey beautiful" I said making her blush. Y/N looked so cute when he/she was blushing. "Y/N I need to say something to you and you might not like it". I said before placing my hand on his/hers. Y/N sat up and looked at me. "What is it Keith". She said while she was still smiling. "I...I am.....I'm unsure about raising a child in space and being a father".

Your POV

You looked at him as your smile went away on your face. "What"? You said as you stood up off the bed. "I'm just unsure about the idea of being a father since mine was never there I don't know how to raise a child. Especially in space". He said while you started walking away from him. "What's wrong with you"! I yelled before turning around. "You were so happy that you were going to be a father and now your unsure! When did you realize this when you were out of happy town"! I was so mad I was just yelling at him not thinking before I spoke. "Y/N please just hear me out. You have to be feeling the same way sometimes. Raising a child in space it's going to be difficult being unsure about being a parent because you have to defend the universe and fight every day to save life's. please calm down". He said while trying to calm me down. "Of course I've thought about that but I'm not unsure about being a mother"! I kept yelling before I heard the door open.

"Is everything alright in here"? Shiro asks while coming in the room. "No it's not Shiro"! I yell before sitting on the bed. "What happened"? Shiro asks while no one answered. "I'm unsure about being a father and raising a child in space". Keith said before leaning against the wall. "Y/N is yelling at me for being unsure". He continued. "Oh. Well Y/N it's alright for Keith to be unsure about that. Yeah he might've been really excited but you guys are only 18 and your defending the galaxy which is stressful enough and now you have a baby on the way". Shiro said as I started crying. "Y/N don't cry". Keith said as he kneeled in front of me. "I'm sorry. I'm just stressed especially with having another person growing inside of me". You started smiling as Keith wiped the tears off of your face. "Are you two ok now"? Shiro asked. "Yeah I think so" Keith said as he turned his head to face Shiro.

Shiro left the room and you stood up off the bed and hugged keith. "I'm sorry" you said as Keith kissed your forehead. "Don't be". Keith said while looking deep into your E/C eyes and smiled. "Hey Keith look in the mirror". You said as you turned sideways. You and Keith noticed that you had a baby bump. You both got extremely happy and almost started crying.

~time skip~

You and Keith walked to the kitchen for dinner and saw everyone sitting at the table laughing. "Hey everyone" you said as you sat down with Keith. "Hey Y/N hey Keith" Pidge said with a glob of food goo in his mouth. Pidge quickly swallowed his food and stood up. "Guys I've been wanting to tell you all something. Just so there aren't any secrets between us I..I'm a girl". She said before sitting down. "I figured you were". Keith said. "Wait we were supposed to think you were a boy"? Coran said while looking at Pidge. Everyone but Lance wasn't surprised. "Wait wait hold up Pidge is a girl"? Lance questioned before he started freaking out. You all started laughing while you finished your food.

You and Keith were walking back to Keith's room. "Are you tired" he asked while opening the door. "Extremely" you said before sitting on the bed and taking off your shirt. Keith crawled over beside you and laid down on the bed. You laid down facing him and hugged him. "I love you Y/N" "I love you too Keith Kogane" you said before his lips touched yours. After a couple of minutes you fell asleep in his arms. "Goodnight Y/N" Keith said as he kissed your forehead and closed his eyes to fall asleep.
