Mario was in Dark Land on yet another one of his adventures to rescue Princess Peach. His damsel in distress. His love interest. He loves her so much, he would travel levels all over the world for her. He will go out of his way to rescue her.
Mario finally reached Bowser's castle, stepped in, and right away saw lava, thwomps, and fire bars. He dodged them all in a dash and leap. After a few more jumps, dashes, and leaps, he finally made it to a green and red colored door with big spikes on it.
Bowser.
Mario opened the door, sprinted, and stopped to see Bowser. Bowser roared loudly and shot fireballs at Mario. Mario avoided the fireballs and then leaped high over Bowser's head and hit the red button that broke the ground underneath Bowser. Bowser roared, sinking into the lava.
Mario looked up to see a cage opening and Peach gracefully floated down from it. She smiled at him and said, "Thank you for saving me." Mario took off his cap with a bow. She giggled and kissed him on the cheek. He had a surprised look on his face and blushed a tint of red. He held out his hand for her to hold it, and the two walked out of the castle together.
