Mario soon made it to Peach's castle. He let go of her hand and waved goodbye. "Goodbye, Princess!" He said. Peach giggled at his comment. Mario gave a bit if a confused look. Peach have always wondered why he always called her Princess instead of her name, Peach. "You know, you could just call me by my name, instead of Princess." Peach replied. Mario still was a bit confused, but then came up with an idea. "How about I give you a nickname?" He asked. "I will call you... Peachy!" He said happily grinning.

Peach gasped a little, and giggled again. "That's an adorable nickname!" she said. Mario blushed and hugged Peach goodbye. "Goodbye, Peachy." He closed his eyes and smiled, while hugging tighter. It almost looked like he was falling asleep. Peach thought this was cute. "Goodbye, Mario, and thank you for saving me again." She smiled. Mario nodded, waved goodbye, and was walking back home. He didn't notice that Peach blew him a kiss goodbye while he was walking away.

Mario made it to his house, went inside, and lied on the couch. He grabbed a TV remote and scrolled through a few channels on the TV. Luigi walked over, sat beside him, and asked, "Did you rescue Princess Peach again?" Mario looked over at him. "Yeah." He replied. "You do love her, right?" Luigi asked. "...Yeah." Mario said, blushing a tiny bit. "Why haven't you ever told her yet? Who knows how many times you've rescued her." Luigi implied.

Mario was always confident. Battling opponents and fighting with Bowser and such. But when it comes to liking someone, that's when you know him and Luigi are brothers.

"It's because I'm just too afraid to get turned down... I mean... What if she doesn't like me? What if there is something wrong with me? What if she's just giving me sympathy for saving her? What if she just wants to be friends? What if she feels uncomfortable with us together, since she comes from royalty, and I just come from the sewers? What if-"
Luigi covered Mario's mouth from doing any more "What if" scenario blabbering. "That will never happen. I'm pretty sure- No. I'm positive that she loves you back. Trust me.

Look at me and Daisy. She's a princess. I'm a plumber. Peach is a princess, you're a plumber. Me and Daisy both love each other. And I didn't even have to go save her once. So I just know you can get with Peach." He said, with confidence. "Now go and tell Peach how you feel, It's now or never!" "Okay, Thanks bro. I will try to go tell her how I feel tomorrow.." Mario smiled. He felt a little more confident in telling Peach how he feels.
