Quirk: rain storm
He can create a small cloud above his head or in his hand that can cause rain or hailand move where it falls with a move of his hand although it doesn't sound like a strong quirk and isn't he can use it for more of his owndefense and as a small distraction.
Strength of quirk about 5 1/2 out of 10
The effect of this quirk can leave him a headache and making him dizzy since his quirk relays on his full mentalstrength and he needs to be totally focused on both his quirk and his target.
In his fight during the rescuemission he could have easily been beaten if not for Phaser and will openly admit he doesn'thave a strongquirk but will do whatever it takes to try to grow and become stronger.
In the chapter when Yaoyorozu mentioned the makeup on him he wasn't as embarrassed but is too shyto admit he wears concealer when out. Why does he wear it you may ask well it's silly. He is very shy of the fact he has numerous freckles although sometimes they'rehard to notice. He got teased but not in a bully way about them by different people so when he was about 13 he got annoyed andcovered the ones on his face and neck
