Healing Along With Honesty

3rd person P.O.V

It felt like time went by faster as the doctors and nurses patched up (Y/N). (Y/N) didn't care about her wounds she asked about her students till they finally let her go check on them herself. Dressed in white pants and a light blue shirt she walks to their room with bandages on her wounds. (Y/N) knocked on the door then walked  in "hello boys" she looks at them. "Ah Ms.(L/N) what are you doing here shouldn't you be resting?" Iida looks at her. "Yeah but I couldn't rest knowing I haven't checked on my students" (Y/N) walks in and sat in a chair looking st the three boys "now i heard Endeavor is taking your credit but you're my heroes" she bowed her head at them "thank you for your saving me". "H-huh? We're your heroes?" Izuku looks at her. (Y/N) nods "yes without you three I wouldn't be here and Laura wouldn't have a mother anymore I can't think of how she'd react if I weren't able to be there anymore" she looks at them smiling with closed eyes. The three boys felt a heavy weight on their shoulders and neither knew who should bring up the obvious question, but Todoroki decided it should be him. "Ms. (L/N)...what did Stain mean by heroes stealing children?". (Y/N) swallowed the lump in her throat and opened her eyes slowly "well,  he was talking about Laura it seems something that was best left in the past has dragged itself up and made it's way here. I guess the truth was going to come out sooner or later" she sighs. "What do you mean he was talking about Laura?" Izuku jumped up from his bed worried "I-is she in danger?". "I can't lie there's a possibility but I'll tell you why" she waved her hand gesturing for him to sit back down. Izuku sat down and looks at her. "A long time ago around 15 years ago when I was in America I was helping with a case of villains working in a group. Their plan was to use their way to have children and raise them to be their own weapons. Laura had almost fallen victim as the test run, she was the daughter of the ring leader who I feel is here in Japan looking for her. I remember I was running after the other villains then heard a loud scream from a woman and crying from her begging not to hurt her baby so I ran to that instead a gut feeling said go to that instead. I saw the woman half dead and gripping onto a bundle wrapped in a blanket and two men standing over her. After a fight I beat them and I took in Laura, no one is born a villain or hero they are made. Yes Laura isn't my birth daughter but I love her as my own and I always will I will protect her even if it means I die because Laura is my daughter and I'll be damned if anyone will hurt or take her from me" she tried to look tough and smile like a hero but her eyes said otherwise. "So he's here and looking for Laura?" Todoroki looks at her. (Y/N) nods "That's the only way Stain would know who Laura was and to have that information. He's going to try to take Laura and probably wants my head on a plate for ruining his plans" she clenched her fists. "We won't let that happen" Izuku got up. "Huh?" (Y/N) looks at him. "We'll help make sure he won't take Laura we're going to be heroes and that villain won't win" Izuku smiles. (Y/N) smiles "I'm happy to hear that but I want you to protect Laura not me if the time comes the world needs you new heroes and you boys are making me more and more proud also I must ask that you don't tell anyone especially Laura when the time is right I'll do it" she sat up straighter hearing footsteps running down the hall.

"Mama!" Laura was running down the hall and tried to stop as she reached the door but slid past it. "Laura?" (Y/N) watched her go by. "Wait Laura slow down please " Takehiko looks at her nervously as she ran back to the room send panted leaning against the doorway "I'm okay". "hello" Takehiko looks at them. "Laura behave better please you're in a hospital and a hero in training act like one" Aizawa walks up behind Laura holding a bouquet of flowers. Laura runs to her throwing herself at her hugging her tightly "I was so worried mama when I heard the news all I heard was Phaser and Hero Killer and thought I lost you" She buried her head in her shoulder. "Yeah i had to use my scarf to contain her and explain it slowly" Aizawa looks at her. "Aww I'm okay I swear" (Y/N) hugs back and rubbed her back smiling then heard her sniffle. "I almost lost my mama it's not okay I'd be lost without you" Laura gripped onto her tighter. "Uh sweetheart...I can't breathe" (Y/N) pat her back "I'm here now though and I promise I'm not going anywhere besides it was thanks for these three I'm still here". Laura let go of her and turned to Izuku,Todoroki and Iida "Thank you so much! I owe you three big time you can ask me for anything I am in your debt" she bowed rubbing her eyes. "Oh no it's fine" Izuku waved his hands trying to reassure her it was okay. "Really? It's fine" Iida looks at her. "She's persistent" Todoroki looks at her. Takehiko chuckled "That's my favorite about her though". Aizawa gave the flowers to (Y/N) "here sorry I should have came with you" He frowned. "Oh it's okay" (Y/N) got up and kissed his cheek then held his hand "Come I want to talk to you about something". Aizawa and her walked to her hospital room and sat on the bed. Aizawa held her hand a bit tighter as she told him about everything. "Damn it! I should have been there! I should have made sure you didn't get hurt I'm such a fu-mm!" (Y/N) cut Aizawa's rant off by kissing him. She slowly pulled back "shut up. It's not your fault if it wasn't me it would have been someone else besides i'm okay I promise" she smiles at him "Let's not worry we should relax. I'm not going to let him spoil our happiness and I don't want to show him he got to us and is putting us on edge to find our weakness and get Laura". "Right" Aizawa nods.

Fun Fact: anytime Laura is scared or overly worried she'll refer to (Y/N) as mama instead of mom in her usual happy and causal tone. The only people who know this is Izuku,Inko,Mitsuki and of course (Y/N). Bakugo is 50/50 on knowledge of it he usual thinks it's because she's a crybaby at times.
