Run. Run. Run.
Her legs seared and burned from the constant effort of pounding on the uneven terrain of the Forest of Dean. She's been running for what in her mind felt like hours, going round and round in circles as per the plan. Always stick to the plan, a voice, her own voice, resounds loud and clear in her head. Her lungs were on fire and she was sure her heart was about to beat out of her chest. It was a strange sensation, she discovered, being so excruciatingly pained but unable to stop moving even though all her bones seemed to have turned into lead. Everything hurt, everything ached, every muscle stretched thinner than a wire that she prayed wouldn't snap until she knew she was safe. The only thing carrying her through the exhaustion was the entire reason of her running in the first place – to divert the Snatchers' attention away from their base.
Always stick to the plan.
What with the death of Harry Potter, there was nothing more important than keeping whatever's left of the resistance still alive, still incensed, and still fighting.
"It's over, Granger."

A/N:
Feels so good to be back! I have to add though: WARNING. If you haven't already picked up on it, this will be a dark book with mature themes that may or may not be suitable for everyone. Reader discretion is advised.
Please don't hesitate to let me know your thoughts! Updates will be every three days (this could change depending on my workload for the week and how busy I am, but I will do my best to stick to it)
Much love always,
