CHAPTER 10

It was hard for Kongpob nowadays after the baby started to move. He sometimes can't even sleep because of  some moments or when he feels difficulty in breathing. It was good that he don't feel nausea now a days. But he could feel back pains as second semester started to come to an end. Arthit was worried most of the time because of Kongpob's continuous discomfort, he don't know what to do. When they had went to see the doctor for the ultrasound scan, Priya had advised Kongpob to walk more and do some exercises that she had told him. Kongpob had reassured him all the time whenever Arthit show his concern about him and their baby.

But one time when Arthit was away for work Kongpob fall down in the middle of his walk in the garden as he felt pain in his abdomen. Luckily that time Arthit's mae was there so she took care of him. After that incident onwards Arthit was afraid to leave Kongpob alone but Kongpob was stubborn that he would be fine and he would take care of himself. As Arthit couldn't argue with Kongpob at this matter he decided to do something. He fitted cameras in all the corners of the house so he can watch him from the office. When Kongpob tried to do something that Arthit felt is risky, Arthit suddenly called Kongpob and asked him to call Lina, his sister to take it for him. Lina had been there with Kongpob after the incident. She stayed with him till evening and returns back home after Arthit had reached, except for weekends or other days when Arthit chose to stay. Kongpob had first neglected the idea of Lina staying with him , as he don't want to bother his sister but his sister scolded him saying tha she's his sister and it is also her responsibility to take care of him when its needed. It was all good but the worst part according to Kongpob, when Lina is there with him is that she forces him to eat a lot of vegetables. One time he even cried over it saying he doesn't like the taste of them.Lina let it go once but then afterwards she became strict about it and even threatened him that she will call mae if he doesn't eat them.

But at last in the evening all Kongpob's irritation and sadness goes away like a wind when Arthit reaches home with gifts in his hand (All thanks to P'Tina). After Arthit had reached home Arthit would buy anything that Kongpob asked him in order to compensate with the vegetables he had to eat.
Arthit and Kongpob were in their bedroom, Arthit was massaging Kongpob's back for him. "We should buy the necessary things for our baby P" Kongpob said out of blue. Arthit looked at him for a second and smiled "Why so hurry honey?" Arthit asked him. Kongpob looked at him raising an eyebrow "Really P? I am at the beginning of my third semester and you are saying that it is early?" Arthit scratched the back of his neck smiling awkwardly. "Well leave that. So when shall we go ? You tell me when to go and then I will go to the mall and purchase the necessary things." Arthit said as he continued massaging. "No P I want to come with you" Kongpob said as he turned towards Arthit to face him. Arthit was not comfortable with that idea "But Kong, you can't come with me. You can't walk for a long time, I can manage it Kong. I don't think you coming with me is a nice idea" Arthit said as calm as he could, to make him understand. Kongpob's facial expression changed as he heard that. "Why P? It is my baby too I want to see and buy the things for him with you. I won't feel satisfied until I come with you. Please na P...please...please...please" Kongpob whined using his best puppy eyes which is his weapon. Arthit was still not agreeing with his terms. "Please na P. I promise that if I feel uncomfortable I will tell you. Please na P" Kongpob again pleaded. Arthit sighed as he understood he cannot resist those puppy eyes which seem very tempting for him. "Okay...but keep your promise okay?" Arthit warned. Kongpob kissed Arthit in return agreeing to the promise.

"Do you know, if you were not pregnant you would be all naked on the bed by now" Arthit said as he looked Kongpob who is very engrossed in his phone typing the list of things he needed to buy. His face was scrunched up and his tongue was sticking out showing how concentrated he was. Kongpob snapped his head hearing Arthit, all his concentration faded and a blush creeped up on his face "P stop telling nonsense, he will hear you" Kongpob warned pointing at his tummy. Arthit chuckled and moved forward to Kongpob's tummy and kept his ears to hear any movement. Kongpob smiled seeing the scene in front of him and kept his one hand away and caressed Arthit's hair with the other. "My little sparkle how are you in here?" Arthit asked with a smile and kissed the bulged belly. As soon as Arthit straightened and sit back, head away from the tummy, Kongpob holds his belly (as the baby kicked) "I think so he is absolutely fine in there" Kongpob said as both of them laughed.
