Kongpob's POV

It was full dark around me. I feel like a 100 kg object is kept upon my eyes. I couldn't open my eyes. I don't know for how many days I have closed my eyes for. I strong pain rushed up to my head from my abdomen.

It was then a strong memory hit my senses. Flashbacks of what happened registered in my mind.

I could feel slow tears falling out from the corner of my eyes, touching my skin.

'My babies! Are they ok? Are they fine? It's all my fault! I should have been more careful. My babies! My babies!'

I wanted to open my eyes. I have to, my mind was not at all fine. I was going crazy. I could feel my own breath going uneasy. I tried to move my hands and I could feel a weight on my right hand.

I pushed myself to open my eyes. It was difficult for me at first but with all my strength which I gained, I forced it to open my eyes.

Slowly my eyes opened. The reflection of sudden light made me close my eyes but soon I adjusted my eyes, fluttering my eyelashes.

I looked around and I understood that I was in the hospital. I looked to my side to find my dear husband sleeping with his head upon my hand. My tears started to fall continuously as I saw dark circles and dry tears on my P'Arthit's face.

But as soon as the thought of my babies came to my mind I snapped my head towards my belly. It was as big as how I had before I had fallen in the washroom. But I wanted to know whether they were safe.

If they are gone?

NO NO! IT CANT BE! IT WILL NEVER BE!

My breath was unstable, small sniffles escaped from my mouth. I caressed my belly and I started to sob.

"Kong! Baby!"

Two arms pulled me into a warm hug. An embrace that I always felt safe in. I only cried more in his embrace.

My babies!

That is the only thing which engulfed my thoughts.

Author's POV

Arthit heard sniffles and sobs from his sleep. He thought it was just his imagination but as soon drops of water fell onto his face from where he laid it on top of Kongpob's hand he snapped open his eyes.

"Kong! Baby!"

He called as soon as he saw his husband awake. He saw Kongpob in crying mess and he knew for what he was crying for.

He engulfed his Kongpob in a warm embrace and hushed him.

"It's ok baby! Don't cry! Shhh!"

Kongpob moved closer in his P's embrace and sobbed again.

"P'Arthit! Our babies! Babies!"

"Don't cry Kong. Don't worry. Our babies are perfectly fine. They are safe Kong! They are safe baby!"

Kongpob's body froze. He looked at his husband, speaking with his eyes. Arthit understood what his husband was trying to ask him.

"Yes Kong, they are safe! Truly safe! But there might be some complications and that...that...P'Priya will tell you, we can only find it out once you wake up and we take a test. Please don't blame yourself dear. It is not your fault. I know how much you blame yourself for it."

A huge sigh of relief was produced through Kongpob. Tears of happiness rushed out of his black crystal eyes. Kongpob hugged his P'Arthit again and started to cry. He couldn't stop blaming himself for what had happened.
