Aroon's POV

I am the happiest person in this whole world now! The news that we are going to have triplets are still ringing in my ears like fresh apples plucked from the orchard.

I am going to have THREE SIBLINGS!!!

Can you imagine it!!!?
First I thought I only going to have one brother or sister and then it turned out Mommy is having twins in his belly! I was more than excited with the news of having two siblings. And it was just last week, on the baby shower occasion Aunty Priya announced that Mommy is having THREE BABIES in his belly!

To tell the truth I was shocked! I was shocked not because of disappointment but because of my happiness. It still felt as if I was dreaming. It was when Kathy hugged me and jumped around me that time when I came back to my senses. She might have sensed my shock because the next thing what she told made me smile slyly.

"Oh, Aroon! Don't be so shocked! It's not like you got the news that your lover is pregnant or something!"

Well, you heard it right. She just mentioned it casually without thinking. But the next thing I saw was the red cheeks of Kathy after she realized what she had told. I just laughed out loud earning a smack on my head with her beautiful sweet palms. 

Kathy is like that when she is excited or overjoyed. She doesn't care what she speaks or do that time. Once when I and she won in a quiz competition, you should have seen her attitude. She was all jumping and even kissed my cheek in front of my friends. She was so excited and happy that she didn't know what she had just done. But later when she heard all the cooing noises my friends made, she turned so red in embarrassment that she replicated a tomato. Now my all friends know that I and she are lovers. On the other hand, I am very glad to see this side of her. She mostly has a cold and neutral expression and aura around her whenever she is in the classroom, only when she is with me or with my parents and her parents she acts freely, without any boundaries.

Just telling about her make me miss her a lot. These three days she hadn't come to school at all, when I asked Mommy to call and ask Aunty Prae about her, he called aunty right away. I got the news that she is having severe cold and cough and she is admitted in the hospital. I was very sad knowing my love was sick. I asked Daddy to take me to the hospital today to meet her and he agreed too. Since Mommy can't accompany us since he is pregnant we both decided to go alone.

And now I am sitting on the car with Daddy in the driving seat, driving us to the hospital. But before reaching the hospital he stopped in front of a flower shop. 

I called out Daddy and asked him why he had stopped here. He smiled sheepishly at me and chuckled.

"Really Aroon? You don't want to meet your girlfriend barehanded, do you? Buy some flowers for her, she will be happy!" 

'Oh yeah!' telling about that I clearly forgot about it. Am I seriously that unaware that I shouldn't go to see a sick person barehanded? 

I facepalmed and smiled shyly at Daddy.

"Thank you, Daddy, for reminding me! You are the best Daddy! Come help me pick the flowers Daddy!"

"Sure son! Anything for my little superhero!"

He ruffled my hair, ruining my hairstyle which I took more than 10minutes to set it up. I frowned as I got out of the car to buy some flowers for my girlfriend and Daddy followed me too.
